Indian television audience are a bunch of hypocrites. Not just the older people but also the new age social media using urban audiences too fall into that category! They all keep complaining about ridiculous shows where the main leads change into animals , flies and what not. They even complain about unnecessary costumes which no normal person wears at home no matter how rich they are. People are shown going to sleep wearing makeup fit for a wedding function. Ridiculous stories of bride swap and groom swap happen. Jokes are made about it. Regressive female leads are shown who stays on putting up with all kinds of mental and physical torture. News paper articles are written about such stuff. But ultimately what happens such shows get audience. They get TRP.
This show the mind set of our audience. Once in a while a good show like this come along and nobody cares to see it or promote it.
My respect with the producers and the actors who take such risk and give us a good show. People who praise international shows kindly take a look at good Desi products like this too
