u r not seeing my point.. It does NOT matter how Sonali is or what she does with other guys, it IS still WRONG for ALi to do it.. ANd Sonali reacted immediately when he touched her. i don't think it was portrayed any wrong..whatever anyone trying to support or prove in the end the conclusion is he touched her with her consent

She wasn't uncomfortable being around him but is with him touching her and she did say something the moment he did. Why are we bringing Sonali personality into this, its not relevant no matter what, so what if she is desperate, or has been changing guys, that in no way means that you have any right to treat her differently from someone else or even gives you any right to think you can touch her

Legally if anyone has taken sexual harassment training,

"It does not matter what a person's intention was. If the other person feels that she/he has been given bad touch, the person is deemed guilty."

That is the law in most countries. It does not matter what Ali thinks, what matters is what Sonali thinks in this case. Mind you no further proof is needed than that Ali touched (which he accepted of doing), hence the punishment.
