This. Not a fan of chicken & brand, but they are not a couple, they haven't given it a name. They acknowledge that they like each other & are attracted, but they clearly say they are just friends .

Any kind of attachment or equation is 'A Rishta' and that's how it will be viewed or labelled. Moreover the way Tina hugs Shalin and speaks of how he removes his clothes only for her..she is insinuating a Relationship with him and is planting that seed in his and the viewers minds.
