The people watching the show on television are casual audience. They don't care about fair or unfair. They watch the show and forget about it.
Online fandoms or people who discuss the show watch it on Voot most probably. Doesn't mean they're worthless because these are also the people who actually vote for their favorite contestants to make them win.
