Paras is the typical cocky Delhi guy, the ones who obsess over their looks, possessions -cars, girlfriends, social media, which are seen as vitally important in establishing one's manhood. Classic Mr. Know-it-all!
He is not bad at heart, just way too cocky to see beyond himself. Had a satisfied smile when people from the opposite team were bashed, because he knows the role of creatives in WKV, but is crying foul when the tables are turned.
If you know this is how reality shows work, then how does it matter if Salman is following that format? Just keep doing what you do! But he could not keep mum when his image and credibilty were at stake. He had to have the upper hand and bring in the creatives.
I genuinely felt bad when he could not take his mother's feedback positively, because it would have helped him so much. But I've seen this kind of behaviour before. He loves his mother a lot, but expects her to behave in a certain manner in front of others. Be cute and sweet in her concern so that he can recall it affectionately and laugh with his friends about it.
Aunty was full on dabangg, which was a delight to watch! She called him out and he was clearly embarrassed that his strategy was being criticized. I was suprised when he kept doubting the claim that people outside were not liking his game. Pinched his ego a bit, I'm sure!
Paras has so much potential, but he is on a particular track now. To turn around would be akin to accepting that his strategy was wrong. He would try to shift gears ofcourse, but he will justify it as per his convenience. But he has gone too far, and its not easy to forget all the insensitive stuff spoken in the past!
He should have never left rashmi's side, but since we got to see Asim and Rashmi coming together because of it...I'm not complaining! Hope he learns something from this experience!
