If you were subject to shi*e as a child, you have a free pass to do whatever you want as an adult.

Almost every criminal in the word generally had tough childhoods. Do they deserve a free pass to commit murder, robbery, etc? Of course they do 🤪

Exhibit 1- as a child, you're taught not to give money to beggars and cripples because many of them aren't really beggars and cripples and merely pretend to get money.

So, you adopt a blanket no stance when it comes to them asking you money.

Some genuine beggar (who has had a poverty filled childhood) gets frustrated asking several such people for money, and asks one more chap. The guy, otherwise a normal, polite, reasonable person, says no because he is an example of our exhibit 1. Beggar stabs guy, takes his money. Guy bleeds to death.

Is the beggar right because his tough childhood didn't allow his voice to be heard? Is he justified because the other guys were examples of individual in holy white cloaks who choose not to help beggars, despite knowing the normal principles of kindness and politeness, and were therefore examples of Adharma? Of course yes 🤪

If one goes by individual choice we will have a situation of- one person's food is another man's poison! So, what to do or whom to support?
On the other hand, a broad social norm or law- if it is adhered then there is some scope of order!
Democracy gives both individual freedom & also binds the individual under a social norm or law governing order of life!
Your example talks about one person's behaviour vs another one's response! If it is subject to law, it prevails!
On the other hand, if one school of thought competes with another school of thought, great revolutions are given birth in society!
Sometimes, even one lone voice of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi or Martin Luther King or Abraham Lincoln or even an Augustus caesar could do that! A lone voice of protest can inspire & set in motion some great revolutions of change! History teaches us about such revolutions, their nature & impact on human lives and radical changes happening in a dynamically evolving modern societies!
Don't they say, change is only a constant thing in life?!

Why people want white cloaks for Ashwin and Jhanvi, while only Maya is made mad. Maya the woman is punishable by IPC and she has been punished in court. Who and how will Ashwin Mehrotra be punished. How will Jhanvi lose her white cloak of a woman who has been tortured by her daughter without the world knowing how this woman pushed the child again and again in front of her tormentor.

It is not just the truth of Maya the woman the world has to know, it is also the truth of Ashwin Mehrotra and Jhanvi Mehrotra and their dealing with their defenseless little daughter the world has to know. Only then balance will come. justice will happen.

I dont know whether you will understand this principle, but for me that is the justice and if not please agree to disagree.

Understood why u want aswin and jhanvi to be punished.
What about others.
Do u think death is the only punishement for someones faults.
If death was the pubishnment for the faults...the faults which occurs as an opposite reaction just like what happens to Maya...don't you think one life isn't sufficient for Maya to get punished.one cannot be killed a lot of times.Or should she be stabbed to death.

One more doubt...I read in one of ur posts about Maya ataying hungry for that poor girl.I would say she is very foolish. Can you be sure that Maya will remember the girl's good heart and help if ever the very same girl comes against her...or becomes hurdle in her path...wouldn't Maya kill her also.

Maya is showing signs of some change!
She is not using capsules & tablets to draw or create a picture of Arjun!
In stead, some high-tech stuff is happening!
Looks like, she used her library access to complete a professional course in pharma or medicine!
5 years of Jail has created a pharma research scholar!
What deadly medicine she is going to prescribe, God only knows!

So, no picture of Arjun & no writing of his name anywhere!
Only Arjun has written her name in his bullet!
Which will hit the target?
Arjun's iron bullet or Maya's plastic capsules!

And one more change! Saanjh is not looking worried but Arjun is very worried!

Arjun is not cool! But Maya is very cool!
And she is getting ready to fool
Everyone, with her unfailing tool
A mind like a calm water pool!

PS: That little girl is finding a 'connect' to Maya! Is it divine or devilish for the child, time may tell!

@zorina in a war there are only 2 sets of people. One by your side and other opposite side. Opposite side anyways you have to fight, there is no option because that is what is war for. Those who are in your side, well they end up in the battle to fight or die. There is no flight in the mess unfortunately. This is the truth of any war.
The truth of any war you take, where thousands of soldier's die because people in power are busy dealing with endless discussions on how to safeguard their own power. When war ends winners and losers are declared, but the collateral damages on both the sides are forgotten. Makes you think why the war needs to be fought.
The same question Arjun asked to Krishna in battlefield, " What will I get Madhav by killing my pitamaha, guru, brothers and other people who are my relations. What glory will I achieve fighting a war to get the kingdom against my own loved ones. I cannot fight this war Madhav" saying this the warrior keeps the bow and the answer to that question is Bhagavad Gita. Why the war has to be fought. Why at times you have to fight it out with people whom you love and respect.

Now coming to your question on Maya. Maya the woman has only one goal and she will do anything for that goal. She told she will come to take the bullet from Arjun and for that she will cross any limits. The woman has no limits. She is beyhadh.

Couldn't understand the realtion between a big war and normal family life.
Why should there be such a big war here.Arjun might might be wanting war to safegauard his family. What doea Maya want...just badla na...Maya always did everything for badla...when it is all the others exept Maya who should seek badla...bcoz they are the ones who lost the most.

Exactly...Maya wants revenge from Arjun for leaving her?!?!...after she killed his mom n almost killed his bro?!?! And AFTER she almost had him killed too by framing him in her fake murder case?!?;?😲

I seriously don't understand the logic prevailing in the forum...just because Maya is Beyhadh, all her crimes are justified????

After 5 years Maya might have changed says Saanjh. Maya is that woman who will never change tells Arjun. And we are shown Maya. Has she changed. Yes she has. One of the key difference between Maya of all the previous seasons Maya doesnt look frightening, Maya doesnt look vulnerable, she is something else whose eyes dont betray even the slightest of emotion. It doesnt give away what she is thinking even to the sligtest. She talks with a dispassionate voice that neither has arrogance, authority, threat, love or even hatred for that matter.

But the most important change about her is that she is neither Maya Arjun Sharma nor Maya Mehrotra. She is simply Maya. Whose words and actions no longer matches. She tells dialogues and others make their perceptions. They are adha adhura dialogues. I would say in real sense it is now she is creating Maya or illusion which people dont understand.

The lady warden says I cannot believe the file as your story and Maya calmly tells it is my story. Warden says you are an example of how a criminal can change. I realized the way in which I walked I ended up alone, so if I get another oppourtunity I want to chose a different path. She doesnt talk about I chose wrong path and now I need right path. It is just that the path she walked she ended up alone, she wants a different path. She allows the wardern to make perception.

Perception is always created by the way you experience the person. The way warden has seen Maya for 5 years as a woman who had not created any trouble, who had not tried to jump jail, who had worked in jail, who had helped others she feels the other Maya is untrue.

Vandana had seen Maya's breaking glass, her authority, her arrogance and for her a helping Maya cannot exist. So what is Maya in real sense. Maya is somewhere in between. On one extreme she can help and other extreme she can destroy. Both are her faces. You understand Maya only when you understand both this faces and how these faces are submerged in the same individual. Samay says to Maya, Maya only that person can love you, who understand your poison, who can take your poison too. That's so true about this woman.

So has she changed or not changed. It is both, her way of approaching her goal has changed, but the goal as such as not changed. Her need to live itself is for revenge. So both Duffer and Dusky are correct in their own way.

Now has duffer changed. Yes he too has changed. Changed a lot. He wants a family now, while earlier he wanted to fly high. But then the money was needed for the golden cage he had to create to protect the family. So with money he created golden cage. Maya's prayer Maa Mahalakshmi never leave Arjun's hand. So even while Arjun wants a small home, his past ensures he has a luxury home with body guards and digital password lock. The same curse of child Maya's life, Maa Mahalakshmi or money that came to her at a age she didnt know, for which she was tortured and caged, for which the dark cage was created for her and then she created the cages for others.

And Arohi hears Maya and wants to know who is Maya and Arjun wants to suspend the reporter. Once again I was reminded of Maya's firing the reporter for talking to Arjun. It was for that right that lady was dismissed and I guess there was one another similar incident also.

Arjun loses himself if he hears the name Maya Mehrotra. And funny enough why isnt Arjun calling Saanjh his wife, he said she is his strength, his courage, his friend and some other things but didnt tell my wife. I found it very odd and out of place. Because when asked about Saanjh that was the first thing that should fall from his mouth. But I feel the word wife itself reminds him of Maya Mehrotra and he is unable to handle that name as he is afraid of her.

What has happened to Ayan. This man doesnt smile. What a cute smile Sumit had. Why is he like this. I know Simi died, but it seems it has been some time, but this man's eyes looks so so sad as if he is still living in past.

Arohi has heard the name Maya. She wants to know who she is. And she calls Arjun and Saanjh Duffer and Dusky not bade papa aur badi maa or tauji and taiji.

Dusky says she is feeling Arjun becoming Maya's once again, now what is that. Is she insecure, the same way Maya was when Dusky came now and then.

The number 3 made another interesting entry today. Maya has prescriptions for 2 medicines but not the third one. hence the third is not given. Most of the things in this show has moved in "3"s. 3 has been the most consistent number of the whole Beyhadh. And then they showed 8 also, once again number between 7 and 9 Maya's 2 birth dates. But they showed a third birth date for Maya also. One in her tomb. So the "3s" are piling up.

Fortunately, Kunti only asked Karn not to join hands with adharma forces, when Mother & son came to recognise each other!

Assuming Maya is going to use Aarohi for her evil design to topple Arjun & co and again, assuming there is a blood relation between the two, how will it be?
One detests the very idea! But , if it were to play-out that way, who will get surprised?
A Gita-literate Maya knows now, what her primary duty, target & focus are!
Blood relations did not count for her, earlier!
Then, why should it be, now?
It is Beyhadh & any perverse story line in combination of mental agony or torture is not an excuse to leave a 'creative' idea untried!
So, common CVs, we are waiting for your next brain wave - if the speculation on Aarohi's parenthood is going to prove that it is indeed correct!

Let's see. But Kunti had abandoned Karna as she feared society would judge her, for being an unmarried mom. Karna had to rejection and he was adopted and people mocked at him for daring to learn art and never acknowledged his talent. He had the opportunity to become king which he always dreamt of ( which was btw rightfully his but was denied due to kunti) and Krishna/arjun and co knew that he was very good and even Krishna and Kunti told him the truth to bring him on their side but he preferred to stay on adharma because he made a promise and according to him it was dharma. We saw him at multiples instances showing regrets but he was killed by treachery again and he was the righful heir but he died. So I agree that it was due to the fact that kunti left him that led to his destruction since it was too late. How about Jhanvi?
