Maya is bad and mad. If the Jhanvi who threw a child to a monster can live a white washed life, if a Saanjh who has pathetically clung onto Maya's husband can live a white washed life, then the same rule is applicable to Maya. If being pathetic, lacking self respect is the way to be the mahanta ki murti as shown by the 2 great ladies called Jhanvi and Saanjh, to be mahanta ki murti Maya can also lose self respect and be pathetic.

Afterall the woman is great when she falls at her husband's feet even when he pushes her away, when he walks on her, when he abuses her and still she keeps KC for her. That's the mark of the great woman as far as society goes right, which at every step Jhanvi and Saanjh has demonstrated with their actions.

To deal with these identity less woman, it is better she lose her identity. And I didnt call Maya a mother, I only said she is making a mother her weapon, because Ashwin tortured that child using a mother. He had no shame to meet his objective of destroying his daughter's life from childhood for his greed. People listened to him. So it is better Maya be pathetic and shameless so that her voice is heard. Atleast for the next 9 months, the time she has to bring the truth of what Ashwin Mehrotra did to the child Maya and how Jhanvi Mehrotra supported it. That's the only thing I want out of her, let her die after that. Because she has gone past life.

Jhanvi has already disowned Maya & if Maya is going to take badala on Jhanvi, then she too agrees with her mother that their umbilical cord snapped long back, if not right after the child's delivery when Maya was born!
I honestly believe Ashwin's story ended with Maya's marriage!
He was a tool to drive Maya crazy! It is true!
But then, there are more serious developments in her life driving her crazy all the time!
Saanjh is one such person she should have targeted & eliminated her from Arjun's life!
Maya tried her level best!
All her plans of knocking out Saanjh from her life failed! In fact, Saanjh has managed to knock Maya out from Arjun's life, somewhat if not totally!
It is Maya who is now trying to recreate her space in Arjun's life, very desperately!
She may perhaps succeed eventually, but that is only going to be a very last brightness of a glowing lamp, before it goes out permanently!
Maya will however occupy the mind space of Arjun for sometime to come!
In her 33 years of life (a rough estimate of her age, assuming she must be at least a minimum of18
years old, when she managed to wrest control of her company with the help of Rajiv, long back & all leaps & timelines taken into account since then) she got to live with Arjun & share her happiness(?) only for something like just four years!
Such a minuscule part in her short life of 33 years!!
That is how her destiny is scripted, very sadly!!!

@fernandes Ashwin might have physically died on the day of Arya marriage , but he yielded his power on people's brains starting from Vandana and he lived through them including Maya and unfortunately though Maya told Maya Arjun Sharma, every time the Ashwin was activated in others, she couldnt deal with it as Maya Arjun Sharma, it was Maya Mehrotra. Maya Arjun Sharma always lost to Maya Mehrotra. It is like she has been put as 2 halves. On one half is a man who had destroyed her as a child Ashwin Mehrotra and other half is the man who had loved her Arjun Sharma. Not Duffer Sharma, but Arjun Sharma.

She was unable to see the world through Arjun's eyes, and she always saw it through Ashwin's eyes, so her pleas were unheard by Arjun.

If the proof has to be given Arjun had loved Maya, Maya Arjun Sharma will have to lose the battle to win the war. Only if Maya Arjun Sharma wins, Ashwin will die in real sense. Because so far Ashwin's hatred had won, his darkness had won as Maya moved only in darkness, unable to understand light.

She has two birthdates 7 and 9. 7 an innocent child and 9 the innocence lost. There is something in between 7 and 9 that is 8. 7 the child went behind Jhanvi, 7 the child thought Arjun will save her. 9 the woman wanted to yield control, 9 the woman is responsible for all the mess. If 7 is Arjun, 9 is Ashwin 8 belongs to Rajiv uff Samay. The middle man is Maya's life. Rajiv was a good business partner and Maya should have dealt with him professionally only. What he did to her was a deal. Her body for F&C. It never needed any personal relations, it was pure give and take. Maya mixed emotions in 8 and lo and behold she used 9 there, which made Rajiv uff Samay also a destroyer of her life. He destroyed what he built for her.

If Maya has to ensure 7 is heard, she has to play in 8 only. Take Samay hand and be with him. Instead of mixing emotions use the give and take funda. 9 cannot get a mother, if used correctly 8 can get a mother for that 7 year old child, which the child needs to get justice. As Ashwin was /is guarded by a mother, to bring him down the child needs a mother by her side.

Maya picked up '7' to drive out '9' from her life!
But not only '7' failed to drive out '9', it so happened '8' drove out '7' from her life!
Yes! In stead of Arjun chasing out Ashwin from Maya, he chose to run away from her, because of Samay's interference in her life!
Who entertained Samay, back in her life? Maya Arjun Sharma! The Maya Mehrotra tried to burn him first, then put him in jail!
But, Maya Arjun Sharma was responsible for his re-surfacing in her life, ostensibly for an evil plan to get Saanjh married off to this crook!
It backfired so badly, Arjun got upset with her! But for bandar, he was all but finished with her, in his relationship as husband and wife!
Now, coming back to the original situation of '7' vs '9', let us ask the basic question!
Why did Maya pick Arjun as love of her life? She met Rajiv before! And surely, she would have seen or met some others too, we don't know!

But she picked up Arjun only as her future partner! Why?
Because she was convinced that Arjun will save her from Ashwin!
Are we talking here about, physical protection?
Maya herself could deal with Ashwin for that! She broke his limbs, once!
She was capable of physically defending herself & she did that successfully when she chose to kill him, all by herself without Arjun's knowledge or help!
Then why did she fall for Arjun?
May be, you are right!
She wanted Arjun to save herself from Maya! It is not an absurd statement!
Maya was afraid of her own bad and mad self!
May be, she somehow thought that Arjun's love will exorcise the ghost of Ashwin from her mind and liberate the mentally scarred & even scared 9-year-child -as a free woman, loving her husband with all what she could!
She even asked him once to save their own bandar from her- a mad and bad Maya!
But Arjun is no superman as she had believed! Nor he possessed any such magic wand to exorcise the ghosts, from her evil mind!
He was just like any other common man you find everyday in your life! All he could offer was ample patience to deal with her, knowing fully it could get worse over time!
Poor chap! He lost the cool, when he lost his child immediately after a terrible attempt on the life his brother! Before he could respond to these developments in a sensible way, he lost even his mother!
Arjun is no saint to show infinite patience!
Things went out of hand, irretrievably for both , since then!
If Arjun failed to save her from Ashwin, whose fault it is?
Arjun never claimed he had with him any such powers to make promises to her!
It was Maya's own assessment & expectation that he was the man for job!
If her calculations went wrong, she only has to find a solution!
Chasing Arjun still for a job she chose him to do is not the answer as simply he is not up to the task!
Her misjudgement of what Arjun could deliver for her, went completely off-tangent! But still she persisted! Maya's obsession for Arjun proved to be her doom!

The only way Arjun could help her now is by killing maya!
That is a sure way he can get rid of Ashwin once for all!
And Maya has to pay the price, by offering to give-up her life!
It will destroy both Ashwin & Maya together!
Perhaps this needs to happen urgently even before the 'to be new born' child's blood veins get corrupted with taint!

@fernandes Jhanvi was the one who asked Maya to give Arjun a chance. She was the one who told Maya her choice can go wrong, but Maya's choice cannot. So if Arjun failed, then Maya's choice fails, Duffer Sharma becomes the biggest illusion of her life. I dont think it will happen. Arjun had loved Maya, it is for her to find that light within herself, give proof of his love to the world thus killing Ashwin. Maya killed Ashwin physically, she did it for Arjun, the ghost of Ashwin from her thought process also she has to do deriving the strength herself from the love Arjun gave her.

What Arjun Sharma can deliver to Maya Mehrotra is yet to be seen!
Ironically, we are back to square one again, as we are left with same set of personalities! Mr Sharma & Ms.Mehrotra, legally, even if Maya wants to do a Maya Arjun Sharma again and again by KC vrat or any such exercise!
Will Mr Sharma love back Ms. Mehrotra only to cure her illness, in the last few episodes of show?
