Today's episode was good in many ways. First thing Maya tells, Arjun my neck is not in the noose, your neck is. It is actually very correct. What does this man want. I love Saanjh. Sometime back I love Maya. When he is with Maya he wants Saanjh, when he is with Saanjh even in hatred he wants Maya. Yes Arjun Sharma wants to win against Maya Mehrotra. But in those 3 days Maya is not Maya Mehrotra, she is Maya Arjun Sharma. So it is his hatred and her love as for 3 days 7th vow is active. Thanks to Jhanvi for instigating her that much.
Sometime back Jhanvi Mata wanted to have the marriage of her new daughter with all rituals. Now after meeting her old daughter even she doesnt feel that way. Let the marriage happen in hiding. Sorry Jhanvi time is lost. Now Arjun Sharma cannot lose to Maya. He will marry Saanj in public. Because he has to win. Now it is a question of his ego. A woman put in jail is disturbing him and his madness Saanjh.
Now another interesting aspect. I told this phase will show how Maya thrives. Look at the jailor. When the letter for Maya came, she created Maya or illusion telling she didnt get the letter. She bend the rules to torture a prisoner. And outside she is a stickler of rules. She wont take any action against Maya without proof. You know why, if she does something on hearsay her reputation is at risk. A prisoner in her jail has gone and harmed someone outside. For jailor's reputation is more important than the truth. Yes jailor knows Maya what she is capable of, yet she wont divulge the truth because reputation is important. Arjun can shout, but reputation will win over the need for truth. That's the power of illusion or Maya. To hide your chinks in armour, to hide the dirt inside you, you use Maya and tell the world you follow all rules. You are the white washed person on this earth and turn inside, you will see the ugly face. Yes she torture a Maya, but deny a proper investigation for Arjun telling lack of evidence. It is people like her who are responsible for crimes thriving, justice denial and responsible for many Maya's.
Last but not the least. Maya says she has changed her intention. Maya can change her intention but she sticks true to her vachan. If Arjun fills sindoor in Saanjh maang, Arjun is finished. As long as he doesnt fill sindoor in Saanjh's maang it is fine. Now she is going to put Saanjh through fire to give pain to Arjun. So finally we are in for the dinner date. Fire the only element that cleans impurities and still remain pure. Truth of anything is obtained when it passes through fire. Gold shines, diamond sparkles when treated with fire. As its impurities are gone. And fire test in metaphoric sense is a growth from a girl to a woman. One who survives the ugliness of the world. One who rises above the ugliness of the world after being attacked by it. Till you show the result of fire test you cannot determine good or bad. Because only fire test can show it. It can only cleanse. So yes we are going for fire test finally for Saanjh.
Finally Maya draws a picture of Arjun. Incidentally this Arjun didnt look like Arjun at all. He was someone else. In the blackboard Maya drew Arjun's pic with white chalk. It was no longer pic in white paper. It was pic in black wall. It lacked the perfection of the other 3 pics she had drawn. Felt like Arjun was not black or white, Arjun was not a trophy, Arjun was not medicine but Arjun was a normal man with imperfections but still he is the light in the darkness and I would say that is truth about Arjun also. yes Arjun might have Ashwin in him, but he is not Ashwin because he does have a soul hidden somewhere which he has to realize.
