There has been speculation that samay may try to kill Arjun. Everyone will think Arjun is dead but he will come back but with a new identity. This is not completely impossible. Although its obvious an ARYA separation is coming soon. This will not mean that Maya and Samay will get together. After all I think that this show is based on MAYA's beyhadh love for Arjun. So even though they may separate that would not mean that Maya would stop loving Arjun and this is what may trigger Samay to do something drastic.

If this happens its impossible to think that MAYA wont kill herself.

However, I think that MAYA may find that she is pregnant and she may live for Arjun's child. I might be pushing it but I think that the Sharma family may be accepting of her because after all she will be the mother of Arjun's child, so for the sake of the child.

MAYA will try to get revenge from samay.

Somehow I have feelings this new prediction will be coming true not fully but there is 50% chance of turning true. Based on previous spoilers of Jhanvi helping Saanjh turned out to be rumor but this one goes with the flow of current track. What my prediction is sooner or later this time Vandana will be successful in finding the proof against Maya and Arjun will find out about that, but he will be back up if in case Saanjh gets caught. Ayaan coming out of jail and reunion of family again but this time Maya will be losing completely because if this things come out society will definitely tarnish her image. The reason Samay trying to kill Arjun should have two logics ; we know Maya will never stop loving Arjun and as you said this will aggravate him; or Arjun will get to know Maya's famous mystery saach and Samay too, maybe realizes her insecurities and fears, so he will try to patch up with her or due to her pregnancy, that will make Samay more vengeance. The spoiler said season 3 will be full of deadly plots and revenge. Jenny too said she is very excited for it and that will be favorite part too. This is probably the reason why Samay is not given much screen space till Ayaan's case get solved.

If Samay wants to kill Arjun now , then why he allowed so much of time for Maya & Arjun to spend, together!
I hope, he is not 'an ArYa fan' & is 'so taken in by their romance', all these days/years, God only knows!
Now looks like, he has woken up from his slumber-all too suddenly rearing to go for Arjun's blood or head whatever!
Either Samay must be fooling himself or writers are trying to fool the viewers!
Is it possible for Arjun to come back -not in fake identity, but in an invisible form similar to Anil kapoor of Mr India(!) & will be visible to only Maya's eyes!
In this story anything is possible !
