Saanjh was blinded by her ego and her aim was revenge with maya.

Did u hear the dialogue she was mumbling while thinking abt.the case the other night before court drama "whole world can see maya's reality why can't u duffer" see here... See this is where her whole concentration was.

She wanted to prove arjun that maya is bad, mad etc & wanted him to believe it & throw that maya out of his life & come back to her BUT the case was all about how ayan wasn't trying to rape.

Her argument was thats why totally screwed.

Her argument of what is maya & what is her relationship btwn ArYa is irrelevant in this case.

If she was more into rescuing ayan rather grudging on maya she wud have got more evidences & seen from diff angles to this case and brought it into physical assault by ayan only.

And her worst argument is court was cringe worthy.

In few minutes maya's lawyer solved all the drama with evidence & facts that was needed for this case on point.

But dusky had taken all the time in the world and what did she proved ??

She was responsible for ayan I believe to some extent.

Samay was really dispassionate when he was saying the truth.

I didn't know if Bhagavad-Gita was shown to samay...

Like u said dusky needs to shine not go into darkness. Prem was always right in advising dusky even now he asked her to gng back of arjun again but like always she chooses what she wants to.

I hope she someday the self proclaimed goddess stops being arrogant and listens to her father version rather that vandy who is just illogical.

His lawyer was clueless about what she is even fighting, now tell me who is responsible.

He physically assaulted maya but it comes under attempt to rape because u can't tear a girl clothes, fall on her, pull her hair and say such disgusting stuff & pretend like u didnt do anything

More than intentions law sees evidence which sanjh the mahan had completely failed to give.

She could have proved him only for physical assault but she was blinded by her revenge for maya.

Maya falsely accusing Ayan of rape isn't a crime

True 😆...Actually Saanjh's biggest fault is that she had a normal upbringing with loving parents, while the biggest justification for Maya's crimes is the opposite.

N yes, Anshvi...We all had predicted that Maya has to win this case...How else will the story progress????

Another reason for losing the case was that idiotic judge 😆...I hope after Saanjh proves Maya's crimes in her next case, the Mahila Mandap females put that coal tar on that pea brained judge's face 😆

Isn't it common sense that the CCTV VIDEO couldn't contain ONLY Ayan atop Maya...How he fell, was carefully edited out...😆

God don't get me started on that Judge...I mean she clearly got so emotional by what what Maya did she ended up giving a whole speech on it 😆

And when poor Ayaan asked to show other CCTV footage..the prosecutor very conveniently said that u have destroyed all but only this footage in which u r clearly trying to rape Maya...how convenient...I mean when did Ayaan had the time to destroy the footage ?

and if he wanted to destroy the footage wouldn't he destroy the one which shows him clearly on top of Maya first.

Also I am still not sure why Saanjh asked Samay not to come..firstly it is not in defence lawyer's hands to ask a witness to not come..Police will summon him coz they were aware about Samay.

Also Saanjh should have rather though how she could have countered Samay's statement..he had seen Ayaan on top of Maya...not the entire thing..and Saanjh had said that Maya had kicked Ayaan..all that as u said got left out and nobody questioned it that how only that part of footage was left out where Ayan is on top of Maya...the moment police said that Saanjh had asked Samay not to come this backfired for Saanjh

I hope she comes back stronger and poor Ayaan gets justice...I felt bad for him in all of this...poor fellow got punishment for something he didn't do..he kept saying the truth but no body paid heed to him.

Saanjh asking Samay to stay away was both wrong n foolish...But there's no way it can be called a crime because of which Ayan is in jail for attempt to rape.

Ayan is in jail because Maya accused him of a fake rape attempt as part of her manipulations to keep Arjun estranged from his family...Period.

Court room drama was it's self flawed but at the saanjh could inefficient lawyer but no where criminal.
