Saanjh takes a step then she called as criminal activity.

Maya kidnaps, ties, locks an individual.Ayan reaction becomes crime. Saanjh protecting Ayan becomes a crime. Maya kidnaps, drugs, ties, locks and then sends the other to jail for crimes they dint commit is still not a criminal.

😆 yes yes yes...Saanjh is the biggest criminal in the show. Just accept it, Tanvi 😆

@dexter Saanjh is a lawyer. But she is emotional and not objective when it comes to Arjun.

We cannot say that her aim was not justice for Ayaan...her aim was to prove that Ayaan was innocent and didn't attempt rape..and to prove Ayaan's innocence she will appeal in high court...and now she will be better prepared coz now she knows what Maya's hadh is..Beyhadh.

I think while fighting the case she will delve into Maya's past.

Even though I love Maya immensely, but even I want that to happen, as we are listening this "Maya Ka Sach" so many times that my ears have started to bleed of it.
Maya ka Sach na hua horror movie ho gayi.

Yup Ayaan lost coz Saanjh undersestimated Maya...she needs to know that Maya's hadh is Beyhadh, she didn't think from all angles like CCTV.

Saanjh and Ayaan lost due to Maya's maipulations...she removed the jacket to show her marks to gain sympathy of judge and the people and that worked really well for her

She tampered with the CCTV footage and though not proven yet but with medical reports too.

But from story's perspective ayaan and saanjh were supposed to lose like we all had predicted..now she will come back stronger and will delve into Maya's past.

This time justice will prevail and Ayaan will be proven innocent in my opinion at least I hope so.

Saying that Ayaan lost due to Saanjh only is funny 😆 like Maya didn't do anything. 😆

A Lawyer's Job is to make sure that "Truth doesn't become Lie and a Lie doesn't become a Truth"

Saanjh didn't bother to find out the truth before taking the case. "Jis taraf main hoti hoon, ussi taraf sach hota hai" this meant that Sanjh can manipulate the sach and present it from her side. And that's what she actually tried to do by hiding Samay from court and only speaking against Maya. Ideally its "Jis taraf Sach hota hai, ussi taraf main hoti/hota hoon"

And yes i agree had Saanjh fought this case Objectively then she would have won the case without hurting Maya's respect. All she could have said was that it was a case of Misunderstanding i.e. Ayaan didn't have intention of sexual assualt but he he did physically assualt her in his quest for keys (if at all that was the truth) and Maya misunderstood him.

And therefore she would have got both Ayaan (for physical assual to Maya) and Maya (for assualting Arjun) punished for taking laws in their hands.

But the problem was Saanjh only focused on bringing down Maya. "Aisi aurat waisi aurat" Arrey chahe jaisi bhi aurat ho no one has any right to touch her without her permission.

Therefore Saanjh lost the case because of her own stupidity, jealousy and hatred for Maya.

PS: I still don't buy the keys and kick theory genuine/true. Because all those filthy dialogues of Ayaan don't fit this theory.

Sorry shruthi i differ with you in many points ...

Firstly asking samay to not come tomorrow to the Court doesn't makes sanjh a criminal ... As you said she has the power to give justice i differ here also the power to give justice is with the judge ... She just has the power to present her side of the case (where i agree she was not up to the mark )

Another thing samay coming to the court or not doesn't have any effect on the sanjh's side of the case because anyhow even if he comes she would not question him .

Why will she question him because what he saw was only the half part and to be appropriate not even a half part what actually happened ... What samay saw could not be considered as truth ... So his perception and his part of the story could definitely harm her side of the case ..

Another thing samay was a witness to the prosecution side of the case so if they required his statement they could have contacted him and asked him to come to the court and put forward his statement and if after that he doesn't appear or sanjh don't let him appear that could be said as a crime ...

Saanjh telling Samay not to come to court was a crime. You're first to point that out as CRIMINAL.

But Maya force-landing a flight about to take off, abducting, drugging, and tying up Arjun, stalking him everywhere AND phasaaoing Ayaan in a fake rape case is given absurd justifications in the name of others being wrong too by you. Waaah! If there was ANY other lawyer in Saanjhs place Maya wouldve still won. Because even then, she would strip n show the marks which she herself made. She would've still shown the CCTV footage that was enough to make it look like Ayaan was raping her. Needless to say, i disagree with the entire content of ur post.

And please don't call yourself a neutral viewer. You're clearly not one.

No matter how views might be pole apart but maya sent Ayan in attempt of rape which he dint do is a crime which cannot be excused and not defended.

True 😆...Actually Saanjh's biggest fault is that she had a normal upbringing with loving parents, while the biggest justification for Maya's crimes is the opposite.

While we can empathise with Maya's state, how can we blame Saanjh for the minutest of faults n weaknesses n foolishness, while justifying the biggest of crimes by Maya 😲

N yes, Anshvi...We all had predicted that Maya has to win this case...How else will the story progress????

Another reason for losing the case was that idiotic judge 😆...I hope after Saanjh proves Maya's crimes in her next case, the Mahila Mandap females put that coal tar on that pea brained judge's face 😆

Isn't it common sense that the CCTV VIDEO couldn't contain ONLY Ayan atop Maya...How he fell, was carefully edited out...😆
