Well, Maya didn't have to strip down or take off a shred of clothe no matter what. Empowering or not, shameful or not, no sane person does that in a full house but oh wait this is Maya who's far from sane. 😆

The medical test would suffice to check any kind of wound if not the judge would have ordered a female to check her body in a private place.

Edit : I don't understand the outrage over Saanjh's questions. She's the defence lawyer fighting against Maya. Ofc she will bring up all her negatives to prove Ayaan's innocence. Any defence lawyer would have done that or even worse. Are they so blind that they don't know how a trial takes place? 😆
Watch the movie Pink or Aitraaz. Or Gone Girl please. How media trial pretty much destroyed Nick's image. Beyhadh, in comparison, is very very tame and kind to Maya.

Whole outrage over Sanjhs questions are Hilarious. So she should not supposed to ask how Maya tortured Arjun just cause he confided in her in faith. So how else she was supposed to prove there's something wrong with Maya's psych? Oh no she was supposed to be guilty for a pregnancy may or or may not be true and let a guy who's only fault in entering forcefully into a house go to jail for a serious charge of rape. regarding sanjh asking ayaans soon to be in laws well she also submitted documents to judge which I think includes much more credible people who gave character certificate to ayaan. Asking simrans parent was to show that they r sticking by their son in law cause they have faith in him.

Jennifer should stop dropping her clothes every now and then. This is becoming a tad bit irritating now.

I am not in favour of Maya removing her top in the court. The makers r showing it just to grab eyeballs. However, how can a lawyer say - tum ek giri hui aurat ho, main tumhe sumthn sumthn nanga kardungi? Itz like she is d judge n d judge n prosecution lawyer watch as dumbos. The court room drama makes no sense.
PS: Strange ppl who r ok with Ayan ripping clothes of Maya to get keys, but not ok with Maya removing her top, though she definitely has her inners.

Beyhadh team is milking Jennifer in every way possible. Its unfortunate. She is already a good actress and we know that. She don't need to say yes to these kind of cheap scenes to further prove that.

Saanjh is a defense lawyer who is fighting a case against Maya, she isn't there as Saanjh Mathur, she is there as advocate Saanjh Mathur whose primary duty is to defend her client, that involves instigating the opposition side's client, advocate and witnesses to make them lose over their calm and blurt out things.
More ferocious the lawyer more chances of getting out truths, in real court lawyers speak far more harsher, and its normal because those are only words spoken in a court argument not the real life personal opinion of the lawyer when he/she comes out of the black robe and court room.
Anyways the courtroom drama of this show is laughable, not at all well executed.

That's why in this world more than the culprit, rape victim is blamed.
Saanjh is one girl hui aurat who runs behind someones husband, & more manipulative than maya as we see from yday court drama. Maya is much better than her.

With regards to the CCTV footage, CaputDraconis, they'll support Maya's case if at all it's to come up in the picture. Either because Maya would have tampered with the footage or because she knows where the cameras are. The angle and area of coverage of the cameras are only known to her the best.

If the attempt of rape is proved then maya did something to that footage of CCTV .but if saanjh wins this case she fought for truth & and justice she only brought.
Wow... What a theory from few people.
