If we are to assume Maya is stripping to show the bruises on her torso/bosom/neck allegedly caused by Ayaan, on what basis is she going about gaslighting the courthouse? The police saw her fully clothed barring the torn sleeves, nor was she bleeding from any injury. How dumb would she sound if she makes it look like Ayaan's magically vampire nails somehow penetrated through her dress without tearing the fabric but caused wounds? If the CCTV archives are presented as tangible evidence, won't her game be over?😳

As far as my observation goes... Maya is wearing full sleeves dress right?

She has some bruises n marks on her arms...Caused by ayaan .

And neck area too. She is wearing a collared dress. Full up.

So my guess she wants to show those bruises .. thus taking off her dress. It's full sleeves so she has to take out to expose her arms.

Can't comment more till I watch tomm episode.

^ Agree with Veronica or may be the whole sequence was not shown to the audience. We haven't yet seen Maya's version. Anyway, have to wait for the scene to play out. Either way Saanjh can easily prove dt Maya must hv done dis to herself. The judge looks too dumb n wud believe anythn n everythn.

Beyhadh writers have lost it. There are many loopholes in this entire assault drama. For example they did a medical examination on her when she never got raped. Ayan is booked for attempt to Rape then medical tests for what?😆

Exactly! On what basis is she showing these marks? Only her sleeves were torn. The rest of the dress was intact. And if she really wanted to show bruises on her arms, didn't the police/ prosecution already see it n record it while filing the case? Itll be so easy for Saanjh to refute her point. As usual, mayas just using her victim card to the best of her ability. But this time, it will backfire. It should, imo.

If she is showing marks on arms and neck, she could rip the sleeves of her dress and show it and show neck injuries without stripping. I have no idea why she would be stripping. I guess we will know in the next episode what caused that action. I hope there are no perverts in the courtroom 😕 looking for a free show. I wish the writers has some logic to support this.

If there was anything in the recording that went against her, then I am sure she destroyed all of it.

Not only her sleeves!
It was the also bottom of her dress!
And ayaan bit the side of her neck while pushing himself upon her chest! She could've gotten bruised on her chest because of the force, which is what she is trying to show! Her dress was also ripped from the bottom by ayaan!

Who strip clothes in a courtroom to prove whatever point. That is downright shameless Ness & an insult to rape victims. Will a victim traumatized of rape has the courage to strip in public so soon. There is better way to prove a point, that is how rape cases are argued in court, not like this psycho case

So it's not shameless to degrade a woman in a public court?
But it's shameless for a woman to show her bruises in public to prove her assault!
The cheap words that Saanjh was using for Maya was worse than any sort of humiliation that a woman can get! Strip teasing is only done when levels have been crossed! There is nothing shameful about the person stripping, instead the person who did the assault should be ashamed!
