Ya from no angle Ayaan can be justified
N @HippoSucks... there were some comments telling that Ayan tried to take keys or that this was all Maya's plan.

THE ONLY THING WORSE THAN A RAPE IS A FALSE ACCUSATION OF A RAPE.Ayaan DID NOT, and I repeat DID NOT rape Maya.Maya deserves NO EMPATHY. I did not expect Maya to stoop so low for her obsession. She really needs help at this point man.Which is worse, being manhandled for a few minutes or masterminding and placing a FALSE accusation of rape on an innocent man? You're comparing an ant with an elephant! And don't tell me Maya is a weak, vulnerable lady - she's committed acts of murder, she's stabbed a man like Ashwin, she has a punching bag at her house! She can defend herself! This entire manhandling is just a dikhava. This accusation can ruin a person's life. It is so clear that injustice is being done with Ayaan! She's the one who wanted all this to happen in the first place! And if Maya didn't want to be "manhandled," she shouldn't have locked Ayaan's brother away, freakkin tied to a bed like an object! Ayaan only got aggressive when he was being stopped from reaching his brother. If Maya had given him the keys, like he asked, and let him get to Arjun (who, btw, isn't her property), she could have avoided being manhandled! But she chose not to, guess why... because it was her plan all along! She's probably disappointed that he didn't go forward with the act, Samay ruined it all!I agree manhandling is UNACCEPTABLE, but he was fed with horror stories of Maya's wrath over his own brother and was in a drunken state! I agree this still DOESN'T JUSTIFY it, but he only got violent when she stopped him from seeing his brother! She could have avoided that!WHAT AYAAN DID WAS WRONG, but she could have avoided it easily! And I'd like to remind you all that Maya is a woman who's stopped her husband from preventing the "rape," decorated the house to look like a rape scene (broken glass and furniture), locked her mother away to prevent her interfering in the scene, set up CCTV to catch it all on camera, and called the police just in time to catch him in the act! She knew this was gonna happen! She asked for this! She wanted the crime to happen!Thank goodness Ayaan didn't actually go forward with it and make Maya's mission a success.
Even i'm shocked dt ppl r telling Maya wanted Ayan to rape her, so dt she can frame him. Even if she did, he is supposed to be sane, why did he behave dt way? Seriously ppl r sick. All d time putting others wrong doings on Maya, coz she does some things wrong. At d most, Maya must hv thot he wud mandhandle her, but this was a clear case of molestation.

That's what Ayan was doing, and he obviously wasn't sexually assaulting her. But that doesn't mean what he did wasn't wrong.

She didnt accuse him of rape but of "attempt to rape" n theres a difference b/w both. N what u said r just assumptions which I completely dont agree to.I m tired of saying this - Ayaan was completely wrong in this case n it wasnt Maya's plan (as of now)... Maya has done mistakes n wrong things but that was with Arjun (like tieing n all) which is completely a diff topic n in no way justifies Ayaan's act as 'just manhandling'

Do u think he was searching keys by tearing her sleeves n dress near her legs? Who hides keys there? N he eas clearly telling that he wanted to teach her lesson while doing all this. Assault is an assault. His words, eyes n actions didnt tell that he was dng it only for keys (n even if so, he is to be punished bcoz u cant tear somebody's clothes to search for keys)
