What an episode guys. Saanjh says where she is truth is there. Really Saanjh if you were so sure you are standing by truth why you asked Samay not to come to court. Note the point girls, Saanjh asks Karmasakshi not to come to court. It shows her ego. It shows her need to win. Look at the way she prepares the case. yes Saanjh Mathur is a very intelligent lawyer. We all know why Maya gave those punishments to Arjun. He drank booze at night, he stole the movie tickets and he tried to enter her apartment climing 19 floors via window and ordered her. Saanjh Mathur doesnt want to put the reason for those punishments. She just wants the court to see what she wanted them to see. And she tells Maya is the manipulator. In the court Saanjh goes to Arjun Sharma. Didnt I tell Arjun is the weakest link of the defense. He doesnt have to to do anything. In the witness box he will fail Maya. His testimony will fail Maya. That much information Saanjh has about him. Saanjh feels she will finish the case in one hearing. Because she thinks Maya wont do medical.

Coming to Medical yes Maya is scared. Scared of touch. Look at her when Arjun tries to touch her. She thinks of Ayan ripping apart her dress, Ayan on top of her. If it was planned, then that wont play in her mind even when her husband touches her. It wont play if she is just acting the trauma. She is not. Arjun makes her take medical. With coaxing from Arjun she takes medical. Doctor says she is in trauma. What a doctor see, a lawyer cannot see. Because a lawyer want to see only that part where he or she can win the case.

Now look at one of the most interesting thing. Prem and Shubham are not there. It is the 3 ladies Saanjh, Vandana and Suman and it is a lady judge. yes it is the ladies who are going to condemn a woman. I loved the CVs for this. I loved them for showing yes a man rapes a woman, but she is killed and tortured by the mahan devis of the society thus allowing the rapists and molesters to escape.

Samay he tells if he has chosen to follow someone, he will do that. Saanjh thinks it is her. But in Samay's mind it is Maya. Karmasakshi wont intervene, just like Saanjh went between the couples, Karmasakshi cannot go. So Samay stays put. The dance continues. Now the pitch is raised, from the serene ballroom it has moved to the open courtroom.

Maya- Maya looks distraught, shaken and hurt - all genuinely this time.. Jen's make up ( those bruises ), swollen eyes, her acting all have added to the portrayal of a women who has been through a lot in the past few days.. Is she faking all of that? Could be.. but I still maintain that Maya most definitely had planned to trap Ayaan but this time her own plan backfired at her.. she had not anticipated the assault, molestation.. She went through the medical examination too.. Don't know much of law but I am guessing that medical examination is part of the court proceedings in such assault cases, for both victim and accused. Not only rape victims but sexual assault or attempt to rape victims also have to go through it.. my guess.

Saanjh - Dusky will loose, Saanjh will win ..by hook or by crook- Hook ( Arjun- phas gaya in the web of questions)- jo kahunga sach kahunga and then he lied about everything that followed that too in the most unconvincing manner possible..Crook- Samay ! So lawyer Saanjh knows Samay's statement can weaken her case.. I don't know how that's gonna work given the fact that Samay had come with police who know that Samay is an eye witness and that must have been noted by the prosecution lawyer. So even if Saanjh asks him not to appear in court, he can be cross examined by the prosecution lawyer.

Saanjh will choose not to look at this case objectively and in isolation because if she does she will find herself weak. She has to connect this incident to Maya's past actions and behavior, to fuel her anger and may I say vengeance. Both these elements were totally on display the moment she put on that black lawyer's suit.. Giving personal remarks, commenting on the case that is yet to be presented in the court.. aisi aurat, wesi aurat.. wow! Its true isn't it- aurat hi aurat ki sabze badi dushman hoti hai..Right you are Shruti- it couldn't a mere co-incidence that its one woman against three in court, assuming the lady judge will be impartial.

Arjun- hmmm.. he seemed to be genuinely concerned about Maya .. but what's with all those statements- Maya can manage anything, Maya gets what she wants... Apparently managing office matters is same as managing to rescue oneself from assault.. * slow clap * Was that Arjun being his duffer self or subtly giving ammunition to Saanjh against Maya.. ?? Because of those statements Saanjh will strengthen her argument proving Maya to be this controlling manipulative psychopath.. Again those unconvincing, non-committal responses to his whereabouts during and before the incident.. Is that just duffer Shama or he is strengthening the case for Saanjh... Maya looked upset and disappointed..

Is Samay gonna let Saanjh ruin Maya? Can't say.. but his statement about sticking to the person he loves makes me wonder.. I want to see more of this guy..

@riddi in this montage actually Arjun holds Maya, though it looks a romantic pose for me it felt he will hold her from falling.

If you see first montage you can see Arjun holding Maya, both are kind of standing and Arjun looks her from behind and Saanjh stands at a distance sadly looking at them.

Then again marriage montage where Maya stands in bridal attire and Arjun is behind her, they are a bit apart,

Now the current montage is they Maya on the verge of falling and Arjun bends a bit to stop her from falling. So it is like both needed to support each other.
