@Fernandes43, the court is obliged to provide the state lawyer, even if the suspect refuses it - this is the law. Without a lawyer, a court process just can't take place at all
To be honest, I don't have the desire to examine this so-called court process, because from the point of view of the legal field - this is a total total arbitrariness and lawlessness, which have nothing to do with law, justice and the court. And it's just a fact
The first thing I'm talking about is that you can't punish a person for crimes that are not. You can't punish a person for a crime that is not a crime under the law
Prem's death is an accident. The body is burnt. The criminal case isn't open. There is no evidence. That's all. On this you can put bullet point. For Prem's death, no one will ever be held responsible for the law for one simple reason, Dusky was much more important to run to her damn toy Duffer than to call the police and institute a criminal case. It is an incredibly long and difficult process to prove that an accident is not accident . And it's never done on the basis of just someone's words in two seconds. VM's death is natural. Again, no one called the police. No criminal case was opened. There is no evidence. The body is burnt. Bullet point. No one will ever be punished for VM's death, because time is lost, and all the evidence, if any were cast into oblivion
Two these cases - this is called arbitrariness and lawlessness
Even Munsy's case can't be solved on the basis of only Maya's words. The court and court process aren't children's play in the sandbox. For every case, you need proof. Based on the words alone, it is impossible to punish person. Although not, everything is possible in the modern world, but then you should understand perfectly when this happens - only when the court is bribed in one way or another, that is, which have nothing to do with law, justice and the court
Now if you turn back and look at the previous lawsuits, then you will see well what happened. Perspective. Before was needed proofs. This time only allegations are sufficient
This court is a perfect example of how witch-hunt was practiced in the past. By the way, they were also tried, and by the way, they also confessed that they didn't commit, and by the way against this women also were also given testimony by the closest people

@manya_roy, Maya has a plan. She knows what she is doing

@shruthiravi, I would say that Maya wear that mask, which was imposed to her for so long and from which she had fled so long. Yes, now there are no skeletons in Maya's closet. She pulled out as many skeletons as she could in her closet and never was there. Now it remains to see how many of these skeletons remain with Maya ultimately, and how many will pass to their owners. Well, other people's skeletons in the closets should also start asking to outside, for sure they are bored sadly and lonely there😆😆😆
Maya said she wants Duffer to see her strength. But Maya's power comes only when Maya loses her life
Maya asked Ma Lakshmi not to let her bad shadow touch Duffer. If look at this point on the other side. From the point of view of cause and effect. Person is the reason. A shadow is a consequence. The object plus sunlight and the angle at which it falls on the object, the consequence of all this is the shadow. Maya needs they see not her shadow, but her power, otherwise she will never come out of this vicious circle
Now she is in prison, sentenced to death. The question remains, how Maya's power will pull her out of there, save her from death. Or how Maya's power will forced Maya to live and fight. Or how Maya will force her power to come out from her shadow. "Today I realized why Duffer is alive, and why I'm alive"
By the way, in the prison, Maya will be forced to dress white. In the mental hospital, Maya was also in white

@Laska

1. Can I fight court case for myself and others without advocate?
Ans: Yes! Read for More : http://tilakmarg.com/answers/can-i-fight-court-case-for-myself-and-others-without-advocate/
One famous example being that of the Great Mahatma Gandhiji! He did it in 1922, under British Raj, in a case against him, during Civil disobedient movement!

2. Maya did not plead innocence, in the court! And she did narrate,
on her own, under no pressure- a kind of admission of guilt- how she conspired & killed Mansi!
The rest were all left to the Judge's wisdom!

@Laska jail is the place where she is bad and aslyum is the place where she is mad. No colors, no pretense. So white is the best.
But jail white has a bonus. You come there after becoming bad, condemned unlike aslyum where you get mock sympathy. Yes all the skeltons she knew she pulled out. That's why I am surprised why she didnt pull out pandit and vikram. Because 2 among 5-6 wouldnt have made much difference. You cannot be more mad or bad 😆😆. Where are these skeltons.

I noticed an interesting irony from your comment Laska. White is the forced dress in aslyum and jail. A place where either mad people stay or bad people stay.
So in actual they are mad or bad or even both but the color for them is white that of purity. In a way it is the way of society that forces us to wear the white cloak. None of us are completely white. We have our own share of madness and our own share of bad. We have ego, pride, selfishness, lust, greed etc etc.. and we try to pretend we dont have anything of these putting the white cloak, the masks.

In coming episodes we're going to watch how maya tries to escape from jail but she fails as the lady inspector caught her and this time she's being thrown into Dark room. maybe this was needed for maya b'coz without fighting the darkness how can she come out in the light? she has to fight through out darkness by herself..

@factfictionmyth she has to face the darkroom. She has to face failure from her dark ways as now everyone knows her dark ways. The darkness cannot give her freedom. Should not give her. She herself has to find power inside to remove darkness, only then she can come to light.

@Fernandes43, I know perfectly well that a person can eventually insist on protecting himself. But insist! And in the end! If the lawyer leaves the court right during the process, the court process is stopped and postponed for a certain or indefinite period. And again this is just a fact
And further, as to this so-called court. The first question is what case the court is considering. Dusky represented Duffer's side. Accordingly, we can conclude that initially it concerns the so-called "false" Maya's death and Duffer's accusations of murder
Although it is obvious that the first and main thing must be the kidnap of Dusky, and that very living bomb. However, the court wasn't interested in these questions at all. And wondering who kidnap Dusky, and whether this live bomb was real or it was only Maya
Further, with regard to Ashvin's murder - this is a separate case, which is assigned to certain people who conducted an investigation into it. It is simply impossible to make a decision on this case in one second. Because the people who conducted the investigation have evidence against Duffer Sharma, Jhanvi's confession (which incidentally must have undergone a graphological examination that would prove that the confession was written by Jhanvi's hand, which would instantly indicate that Jhanvi is lying in court. And all her testimony burn with blue flame) and the unrecognized Maya's confession. That inspector also had Maya's confession in Ashvin's murder and moreover that inspector had a desire to sent Maya Mehrotra in jail, but he could not do it. I don't know, maybe because one confession that isn't confirmed by any evidence is still not enough to pass judgment and sent someone in jail?
Further death Prem and VM. You can't imprison and punish for murder that doesn't exist. Prove that this is a murder first. And only then demand punishment for it
Munsy's case. It's beyhadh funny. She's lost. Prove that she is dead. They must prove that she is dead by evidence, not by just someone's words
This so-called court has the least relevance to words truth, justice and fairness
But lawlessness and arbitrariness are just very suitable for it

@shruthiravi, Maya pulled out all the skeletons of Maya in Maya. All that she could only come and fit her sharp very intelligent mind. Pandit and Vikram just don't fit in even with Maya in Maya. They fit in with someone else, and many more too
I can't say that this society as a whole. This is a certain part of society, which is always together. They say there are more good in the world, but evil is properly placed. So here, the hypocrites are always there - they can't live openly with their inner being, because it is ugly. Therefore, they are forced people, who can shine and light, extinguish. All alone, in dark room, in fear, in pain, in suffers

@FactFictionMyth, Maya doesn't try to escape. Maya has a plan. And Maya's plan not escape. Come on, she goes there by her own will, why she would try to escape now? It's something else. After all, she bad&mad Maya😆😆😆

Exactly Laska Maya in Maya. I know where all Maya in Maya is lurking. There are definite points where it is lurking😆😆.
And yes even if someone confesses you have to prove. If Maya says she killed Mansi, it has to be proved that the woman who died was infact Mansi with facts. With DNA reports. No you are not just punished based on confessions. if you watch the show Adalat you will know this. The way KD Pathak base his arguments before making the person confess the crime. It is all proofs.

Murder of Prem and Vandana is hearsay. No proof. You cannot punish a person on hearsay. Jhanvi's testimony can be easily countered by the previous investigation and her letter which Maya didnt do. She only needed to ask Jhanvi pointed questions related to her relation with Ashwin.

Then no bomb squad was called to ascertain whether the bomb in dusky was actual or illusion. This is not the way someone is punished.

If you watch the movie Rustom it shows the way Rustom defends his case and how the CBI officer presents the proof in the last minute.
I had loved the movie where Rustom tells yes they know I am guilty but they dont want me to get punished 😆😆. That was one hell of a Maya that comes up for his defense where he is infact the murderer.

Wow!! Laska you are a genius!

I was just thinking why Maya did not put up a defence? After all, she will at the end of the day escape.

Maybe Maya is going to jail, to meet someone or to setup a plan or to find something out, which she can get only inside jail.
Last time when Maya went to asylum, she did not go there for her treatment or just for the sake of going there. She went there to do proper planning of her own murder.
So probably going to jail has similar goals.

I believe her next step requires something from the jail, only that could be a logical explanation of her actions.

@shruthiravi, I have been talking about this for a very long time. Maya in Maya. There can be anything want. Nobody wants to see this. No one. Maya herself just can't see this. This Maya in Maya is too deep. She is hammered and beaten with constant pain and fear
And for this, Maya was given a death sentence. Based on the words of the abnormal unstable alcoholic mother. This is so-called justice👏
Ayan's case is a separate extravaganza. What the hell is it? Maya took back statement. Case is closed. That's all. It no longer exists. But no, this fact doesn't prevent anyone from hanging to Maya's head even this. Come on, she could confess directly in the courtroom that she killed Kenedy, she would have been punished, and for that too? And they would not pay any attention to the fact that Maya wasn't even born yet at this time?😆
Maya didn't even need to say anything. When Jhanvi started talking about Ashwin's murder, the judge had to stop her, because at the moment another case is being considered, and Ashwin's murder has nothing to do with it. Even if we admit that the judge unites the cases, it takes time, and then begins a very complicated procedure, when the previous case is raised along with all the evidence. It just doesn't happen just for nothing. This is a complete beyhadh arbitrariness
If before that it was necessary to prove that a person is guilty. This time, it's enough just to poke a finger to Maya and say that she has committed all the mortal sins, and that will be more than enough to sentence a person to death. It's literally a trial over witch, a crowd of people pointing a finger, screaming "she's a witch," and she's burned, because someone there said she's a witch, and she's tired, she can no longer tolerate torture, she has no strength to prove reverse
Yes, society won - they found a witch and sent her to death. Tomorrow they will find another witch and do the same thing

@manya_roy, perhaps. She's bad&mad Maya baby😃 Where the world ends with thoughts, Maya's thoughts are just beginning😃
