I agree with you! Jhanvi did deserve it whether people like it or not...
Jhanvi got hurt once and everyone feels bad, what about all the years of abuse maya faced just because her mom didnt have the guts to say anything to her husband.
Jhanvi is the example or a scared woman
Whole Maya is becoming exactly the opposite and im proud
If no one is ready to take a stand for Maya then Maya has to do something herself

Jhanvi knows when she is around ashwin, something bad will happen to her because ashwin is insane but she doesn't listen, Maya has a right to be angry. Imagine if jhanvi died. Maya would have no one, jhanvi should have thought of Maya.
Maya over the years has become strong but jhanvi is still vulnerable. and Maya also shed blood when she picked up the glass. All that pain was because of jhanvi for not being a good mum

Maya was hurting her self too
This glass scene signified (ashwin is like that piece of glass) that hurts not only jhanvi but also her daughter Maya. Jhanvi should know how to take that piece of glass out from her hand to cause less pain to herself and her daughter. She is living in a world of false hope thinking that a man as pathetic as Ashwin can change. That pain was important to get her out of the fairy tale world ;)
