The revenge method was inconsistent since the beginning.She had so much trust on Rishi that he will not take her name.She should have opted another name for trapping him.Then killing two innocent people was her plan initially which is ridiculous.She should have targetted her sinners from the beginning which woupd have been righteous revenge.As a result most of the viewers did not develop much empathy for Maya.The lovestory and the flashbacks worked to a certain extent but again they had to bring this useless Vikram track.

@ bold no truer words. And by making Maya go thru torture, makers think they can gain sympathy but it didn't work either in MJ track and nor now. It becomes a turn off.

The makers should thank heavens for MayRa else it did be disastrous.

As far as I understood their pattern of story, they were trying to tell past and present in parallel. Same things that happened in the past were happening in the present, that's why they didn't give out the entire fb together. But sadly it didn't work. The revenge needed more careful planning to make sense.

They took good time to develop the present but was lightening fast with past..It would be nice we could have an interwining of past and present. Could have gained viewers empathy and should have started with the sinners than Rishi.

As someone said earlier it's may have sounded very well on paper but on execution it failed.they also may have fallen trap to their on writing.

The way the portrayed MayRa since beginning..its like they wanted the viewers to ship them.But as it is not a love story they made Maya kill Rishi.

And its ironic that I have been watching the show for so long...only for the love story which is written beautifully.Revenge part is😕

Actually, even in the sbs ka holi coverage, Prateek mentioned Ankit being in his other shows too and that they share a good bond.

But I feel they have planned this way since beginning to make the show as romantic and revenge thriller. If she'd directly targeted her sinners then no need of love drama with Rishi& Rudra. If she won't kill Rishi there would be no roadblock for MayRa relationship. Rudra loves Maya with his heart so he will easily support her when he finds out MJ-Manvi's truth. It will be a easy war for Maya and even audience won't get excited when they already know that Maya has Rudra by his side. Actually Rishi's character wasn't required in the drama except for conflict point in MayRa's story.

There is inconsistency in the execution part but still it's better . Though they have flaws in narration atleast they are good enough in giving unexpected twists 😆

But they did masters in torturing MayRa fans😡
