Guyzz i was thinking about wht rehan said that zaya can have court marriage nd they would b legally married now wht i think about different halala is than rehan and aliya may do court marriage nd then rehan giving aliya divorce and zaya can get married again in this it would b legal between rehan and aliya but not islamic wht do u think
No offfence to religion but this thought jst came to my mind
Although i wnt cvs to give us.loophole in divorce and no halala

That wedding is not valid yaar...n y they need to find loophole its clear that divorce itself is wrong...cz aalia didnt accept zain's divorce

While I can see where you're coming from, I don't think that it'll work this way...Simply because the marriage itself has to be done in an Islamic manner

Marriage is marriage, court marriage or nikaah, court marriage may judge hoga and gawah hogay, and nikaah may qazi, waqeel and gawaah

i just don't want halala, because then all this trouble would be for nothing!

Hey I'm not sure whether it is acceptable or not..but I would love it if that's the different Halala..May be Aaliya once again signs the document without reading it..so it is not even intentional...
