In the Last Two Episodes, the CVs have completely ignored Zain's character and not given him enough lines. The question is that are they doing this intentionally or are they so busy in the line of plot that they are missing out on these important things.
A husband has the responsibility of protecting his wife and always standing by her but is that always enough? Shouldn't he also speak up when he knows that his wife isn't at fault? I am assuming that the CVs are doing this intentionally, to strengthen their track of separation. In yesterday's episode, he kept quiet throughout while Zubair went on and on dirtying Aliya's character and everything that she stands for. Aliya kept saying that all of it is false but he didn't say a word, he just listened. He didn't make a single gesture to show that he believes in Aliya no matter what someone says. If a husband can stand still and not open his mouth when his wife is being insulted and her image and character is being questioned then does he deserve to be her husband? Does he deserve to get Aliya who has always believed in him and never done anything without his permission.
In today's episode also we saw that Hateeja Bi insulted Aliya, said that she was ill luck for the family and that till she is in the family they can never live in happiness and content. It wasn't such a big deal? Zain knew that Aliya doesn't know Hateeja Bi, if he thought that she made an honest mistake why would he let Hateeja Bi go on and on insult Aliya in front of everyone? Okay she made a mistake but she is still the Bahu and his wife and no one has the right to speak to her in that tone. Hateeja Bi completely stomped on Aliya's heart and Zain watched quietly. He asked Aliya to apologize, I get that, but after she apologised when Hateeja bi still didn't shut up then Zain should have been the one to stop her and say that Aliya made an honest mistake and that doesn't mean that Hateeja Bi can speak to her that way and insult her. Zain didn't even say a work when Hateeja Bi completely blamed Aliya for Osman's condition. Where is the limit Zain? When will you realise that you have to speak up for your wife. She is your pride and your responsibility.
I agree with Aliya when she stomped off from the room, she has every right to be upset and if Osman would have been alive he would have stopped Hateeja Bi too.
I don't know what the CVs are planning but now, I feel that Zain's silence will hurt Aliya and Rehan's outspoken-ness will be the contrast which will lead to their separation. I think that's what the CVs are planning. I'm not sure if Aliya will burn in that flame or will someone stop her but something tells me this is Nafisa's own idea and Surraiya has nothing to do with it.
