Sometimes it's difficult to pinpoint mistakes or things I didn't like in an episode, but I loved everything in the episode.. Minus Chakkiwala but I didn't watch the scene so I couldn't particularly find something not liking.
Scenes of the day:
1. ZaYa soup scene - Loved how in order to make his mom feel good, Zain ate the soup but before that his eyes spoke sorry to Aliya who returned it with a smile. While Suriya feels she has won, Zain topped her over and made sure that no one was hurt.. But I seriously wanted him to eat Aliya's soup. I was like kabab didn't happen, can we at least get to the soup? The silence understanding between them was icing on the cake.
2. ZaYa as kids/ Usman - This scene was excellent. it's a treat to watch this man perform and he was such a treat in this episode. Loved how he could understand Aliya's pain and asked her to let her tears fall down. Him being there was significant because he basically told Aliya what was all along. I loved how he talked about ZaYa as kids. How much they are similar till date. If something happens to her, Zain feels pain and vice versa. He said a very powerful line - If you seperate from each other or go away from each other, you try to find each other like mad people. Perhaps a foreshadow into the future? Usman clearly told Aliya that this is love but before Aliya could asses more into it, the sketch artist was called.
3. ZaYa in room/ nightmares - Aliya continues to have nightmares on the accident and calls Zain twice, who awakes from his sleep. He knows exactly what is bothering her and he basically tells her to chill while talking about death. Aliya can't stand that he doesn't value his life and eventually ends up directly confessing to him that how much she cares for him and how important he is to her. Of course Zain has less of a tubelight and doesn't think much and is confused as to why Aliya is so pissed. Looking at this scene, it's gonna take Zain ages to fall in love and ages to understand that Aliya has feelings for him.
4. ZaYa shirt changing - TOO CUTE. Aliya helps change Zain's clothes while he teases her that she likes to see him without clothes. She tells him to read books as she is going out and he very innocently and worridly asks, where are you going? It was SO cute.
Best part - BI music playing <3 Love love it and the haunted version too :) Thank you makers for listening to us :)
One thing - Zain , as much as the promise of ayat is important, hurting Aliya in the process is so uncalled for. Just explain everything to her because once Rocky tells her everything, she's gonna get even more hurt.
Precap- Tavaz scene - Pretty good scene. As Zain said, why are you doing this Aliya? WHY? Another epic episode tommorrow!
Outstanding performances by all cast and I am so harshad biased but today was Preetika's day who was outstanding in every scene , followed by Naved and then Harshad because Harshad wasn't given any intense scenes, so I can't really rate Harshad today.
