Yeah, he can be. On Bebaakee he ended up with the girl and Sufi alone, so that should not happen here Jay ending with Radhi no way! Because even Malini has an eye on Rey for Kimi (high chance), Rey won't choose another girl and will stay alone.

I hope the makers know what they are doing warna log show nahin follow karenge. Even though he is here to make Rey feel jealous, and Radhi may have a soft corner for him, we need Radhi to understand that Rey is her manzil not Jay, because Dehli ke khand mein dono ki galti ti. And they better not drag this nonsense till 100th eps, because Balaji is capable of it and yahin hone wala hai.
