Just how greatful for her friend to adopt her baby. After few letters both stopped writing letters. Radhi only knew the bakery name n her mom nick name.

Unki behen Jagruti ne unki foster Maa ko samjhaya that if she knows about Aru's Mom then she should tell because Aryu deserves the truth. Toh aise pata chala about her real Mom.

Her Foster Mom gave her letters (from her real Maa) and a locket as well (last nishani after breaking all tie with Mimi.

Actually, Mimi tried to be in touch with the Sahnis, but they refused (at least from what I heard & understand till far, kyun ki abhi dekha nahin eps), so she doesn't know how she looks.

Agar woh nahin bolte hamare zindagi se niklo, her Mom would've been in touch with her even if she was adopted by her friends. It's all because of Radhi's so-called Dad (for what we saw till far)
