Part Twenty
Samarat and Kamna were walking along when he spotted Divya laughing with another guy. She didn't even look his way. The guy hailed a rickshaw and they sat together in it. He silently vowed Divya would pay for this. She had no right to abandon him and have fun with someone else. His grip tightened on Kamna's hand which she had just placed in his.
" You are hurting me!," she yelped.
He came to his senses.
" Sorry Kamna. Chalo yahaan se."
Meanwhile Divya's hand tightened around Amar's.
He smiled slightly and scouted closer to her.
" Kuch nahin hoga, main hoon na," he whispered. She nodded and tried to calm herself down.
When they arrived back at the farmhouse, Bharat and Ankiet were out. Amar needed to go run some errands and also post a letter to Beneras. He told Divya to stay put and he would return soon.
" Ok, but come back soon. I am all alone here. I will get bored," she called after him.
Unknown to them Samarat had already hired goons to kidnap her. A knock came on the door. Divya thought one of the boys had forgotten their keys. She went over and opened it. Her face fell seeing the strangers behind the door.
Amar returned a few minutes later to see the front door wide open. There was smoke coming from the fireplace. He rushed inside calling out for Divya.
He found a letter on the side table.

Ankiet and Bharat arrived and inquired about what had happened. Amar showed them the note.
Ankiet put an assuring hand on his shoulder.
" Tum akele nahin jaoge. Hum dono tumari saath chalenge," he said firmly.
They quickly made a plan. They would split up and look for Divya, Ankiet knew of other hideouts and Bharat could always call his fellow press people and force Sindoora and Samarat to give Divya up.
Meanwhile, the goons who also listened to Sindoora, let her into the room where they had just tied Divya up.
Sindoora came towards her. Divya stopped trying to get out of her bonds and stared at her with astonishment. She could sense the evil surrounding this woman, but it seemed revised and even more fierce.
Sindoora looked at her with venom.
" Tell me where is Sagar? Tumare liye woh aagaya," she said
Divya looked past Sindoora and spotted Samarat in the doorway.
" Hey Bhagwan, ab mein kya karoongi?," Divya thought to herself.
