Part 3

It was a rainy day when Nandita was cleaning the livingroom...suddenly someone knocked at the door. She went to the door and made the door open...it was the principal of the college.

Principal: Can I come inside please....? I want to say something about Divya...

Nandita: Ofcourse...please come...do you want to drink something...?

The principal went inside and was looking around..he saw how poor they are. Nandita was feeling very uncomfortable...the principal told her that he wanted to talk about the tuition.

Principal: We have looked in our systems and we have seen that you haven't paid the tuition for this year.

Nandita: But...I have paid a few months ago

Principal: I'm very sorry miss Nandita but in our systems we can't see that you have paid..so from today Divya can't come to college. I don't think you have enough money right now to pay for the whole year.

Nandita was shocked...she aksed him if Divya could still go to school...she tried to convince the principal that she will pay as soon as possible...but nothing worked. The principal left the very sad Nandita.

Outside the principal went to his car...there was Alokh.

Principal: Your work is done Sir...

Alokh gave him some money and left from there.

At Singh mansion:

Amar: I took some food for me and Divya...is that a problem mom...?

Kamya was stunned...she went to Amar and told him that it wasn't a problem. She hugged him and asked him why he was talking like that. Amar told her that he is feeling very bad if someone hurts Divya...he can't understand why his father hates Divya so much. Kamya told him that everything will be fine..she gave him a kiss and told him that he must leave now for college or else he will be late. Before he left he gave his mother a kiss on her cheek and told her sorry.

At Sharma's house:

Divya was in the house temple...she was praying for her mother and ofcourse for Amar. After her pooja she went to the kitchen and took a paratha of Yesterday and eat that. She took her books and went to the livingroom...there she saw her mother crying. She ran to her mother and asked her what happend.

Nandita: I'm so sorry Divya beti...I can't give you anything.

Divya: Maa...what happend...why are you saying this...?

Nandita told her eveything what happend...her books fell from her hands. She went slowly sit down and some tears came from her eyes. Nandita hugged Divya who started to cry louder.

Amar who was standing at the door had heard everything...he ran back home. Nobody was at home so he went to his parents room...he took some money from his father's wardrobe and went back to Divya.

Amar: Divya..mein aagaya...

Divya came in the livingroom and told Amar that he must leave because she can't go to school now. Amar went to her and took her hands..he looked in her eyes

Amar: Did you forget so fast our promise..no matter what will happen I will never leave your side. I know why you can't go to school but don't worry...main hoon naa.

He took the money and showed to Divya...

Divya: From where did you get so much money...?

He looked down and told her that he had saved some money...he took her hand and told her that they must leave now. Divya who was so happy took his hand and both left from there.

At school:

They asked the teacher where Divya was...she turned around and pointed at Divya.
