Hiten...if he is a strong headed guy and he always gets waht he wants...may be the outspoken and impulsive Hiten should have told DM abt the necklace today....who asked him to listen to santu.....especially since no one put her in charge and he has always been rude to santu as u mentioned.......because he is a coward...he can only yell on the top of his voice at santu......why didnt he yell at nanaji then..........and he is selfish else he would have thought abt shambus self respect and not cheat on him.....it is shambus goodness that he has almost decided to backoff not Hitens true love.....

How would they elope....hiten just decied to marry Khemi 1 DAY before the wedding....if they got a chance they would have definetly....some where hiten had to show his impulsiveness

YES, who u end up with is one Kismat...so according to this if a brother and sister are living together...its OK for them to fall in Love......who cares abt the social constraints.....u can fall in love with anyone u want....if thats the case we wont be humans then

Why is it that everyone wants santu to go and tell DM.......and no one wants Hiten or Khemi to go and tell DM abt there true love...and why would even Hiten have to tell DM or any one for that matter...Hiten gets waht he wants.......

It just struck me. People who are bothered about the quirky relationship between Hiten-Khemi should remember that this show is full of quirky relationships. How else can one see Shanks-Santu relationship? Here the guy was in love with this woman, but has been forced to accept a relationship with Kaddu which has turned the former love of his life into his mother-in-law! Poor Shanks. That is a huge punishment for having fallen in love.

This topic is digressing way too much. Pls, let us not debate about caste and race here. These are sensitive issues over which people have varied opinions. PhD theses are written on these topics. Not everyone in this forum is well-informed so let us not go there. Let this forum not be the place to fight and argue.

Yes Hiten and Khemi are selfish and they are no sacrificial lambs........Khemi would step over her sisters happiness to get her own happiness without a single wink......as we have seen till now.....since santu happiness is just virtual....👏
and strong head impulsive Hiten would definately stop the wedding since DM agreed for the wedding👏

PS: Hiten and Khemi are way beyond any social constraints.......they remember such preaching only when Hiten is insulting santu or DM or Khemi preachign santu abt how she should marry for nanajis sake and go back to DM for Nanjis sake and for societys sake...Good going Hiten and Khemi......👏....on the other hand santu with no brains goes around tryign to solve everyones problems, since she is not as selfish, intelligent nor can she lie like her Khemi behna for her happiness

To those who believe social norms and constraints need not be followed when it's not convenient - well there is a reason for social norms and constraints and that is to maintain some civilization in society, otherwise people would do as they wished, marry whoever they wished without any consequences, can you imagine what sort of morally reprehensible, socially unacceptable, incestuous relationships we would see if they were no rules and guidelines as to what is right or wrong. Is it OK for step-siblings who would are considered brother and sisters to marry just because they "look good together" and have "great chemistry"? People who do not want to follow social constraints have no business living in a polite society amongst other people, they should live by themselves in a deserted island where they can do as they wish and where there would be no consequences of their actions to them or their families.

And when did love become so blind that one cannot differentiate between right and wrong and how can two people who are supposedly "in love" trample over everything and everybody else to get what they want. Doesn't sound like "love" to me at all - sounds more like "fatal attraction". I don't think these two are really in love, they are just responding to their hormones. I think they are going to fall out of love a lot quicker that they fell in love because there is no depth to their feelings.
