well, i was always more into the sciences and maths.. i barely passed my social studies exams..!! LOL.. i think i had 35 out of 100.. passing marks were 33..!! 😆

but thanks to my maths, chemistry, physics and bio exams, i still made it into the 'science program' as well as got the 5th position....! LOL.. my teachers were STUNNED.. that too after they gave us 13 questions to revise, out of which 8 would be on the exam... and we could choose to do 5.. and i obviously revised the wrong 5..!! 😆

14th April - A Daughter's Rebellion

Kaddu is in her room telling her friend that she is not happy with this relationship.. downstairs, everyeone wants to finalize the marriage and upstairs, Kaddu says that she will only marry Sandeep, nobody else.. Meghna says she was really worried about the whole thing but Santo has taken on responsibility of Subhi.. upstairs, Kaddu says she was so alone after mom's death but Hiten bhai took on that spot.. but he left as well.. only Sandeep was my friend and i will marry him only and only.. downstairs, Meghna wants the marriage to be fixed on 15th July because it was also DM and Subhi's marriage date.. DM says you know why i like you, because you always associate everything with Subhi.. (awww, bechari Santo).. he feeds her the sweet.. moti ben wonders HOW exactly Santo found out about this because couple days earlier, Kaddu had said no to the proposal.. Kaddu can't tolerate Santo so how could she.. she goes upstairs and Kaddu quickly hangs up the phonecall with Sandeep.. moti ben comes and complains to Kaddu how could she share her happiness with Santo.. Kaddu thinks to herself how could this be.. moti ben says your marriage has been fixed on the 15th July.. Kaddu thinks to herself she has to do something.. she goes down and rages at Santo as to how she could say something like this.. Santo says that you were the one who said that about the picture.. Kaddu understands that there has been the misunderstanding about pictures.. Kaddu leaves.. Santo wonders what is wrong..

DM is talking to Subhi (as always) and telling her that their daughter's marriage will be a huge affair.. Kaddu goes up to DM and says she is not going to marry.. DM is livid... he says what's this, come here.. DM says Meghna said you have accepted the proposal.. Kaddu says that only Santo saw me talking to the picture and you believed Santo and even fixed my date for marriage.. she says i haven't even seen Duggu.. DM says, what do you mean you haven't seen.. you have seen that picture but stops.. he says, was that picture of another guy..?? Kaddu covers up and says, i did like the picture but i can't decide only by seeing the picture, i don't know him well enough.. she says that you knew mother well and even Nanaji knew you.. so how can i marry him without knowing him.. DM is sweet and calls her closer and hugs her.. and says, you are right.. i will arrange for the meeting.. he leaves.. Kaddu talks to Subhi and says i would've told you but how can i tell dad, i must find another way..

DM calls everyone down.. DM tells Meghna that he just wants to meet Duggu just once.. he says don't mind, i know you must have raised him well but i am a girl's father after all.. i just want to meet him, to satisfy myself.. Meghna says i'll be right back.. Baa says DM, what's this.. DM says let me handle it.. Meghna comes back and tells DM that she has already called Duggu and he'll come two days later.. DM says don't mind me it's just better if they both get to know each other.. Meghna says not a problem.. and if they like each other we can get them engaged the same day.. he can only come for one day as he has his exams.. DM agrees..

Hiten is sitting outside but his glass of water is finished.. Mongi comes out and says what are you doing here.. Hiten says i am tired.. Mongi says you should sing that way you won't get tired.. Hiten gets mad and says i am not going to sing.. i can do whatever your Nanaji can do but this is girl's work.. Mongi says, i don't think so.. he polishes diamonds for banevilal but you lived with him, still he didn't give you any diamonds to polish.. she says get ready to sing tomorrow.. Hiten is thoughtful and remembers how DM had said about telling Madhav Solanki that he had indeed polished the diamond well.. he is saddened..

the engagement preparations are going on.. champa mentions since Meghna has come to the house, the house has been filled with happiness.. Santo says that it's true, that's why i want to grab my share.. Meghna is excited to see all the preps.. she talks to DM and wonders if Maulik and Hiten have been informed.. moti ben brings in the sweets that will go with the invitations.. Meghna calls Santo and wonders when they'll go to Santo's house to give the invite.. she insists that she'll accompany them all to Santo's house.. Santo wonders what if Meghna sees Hiten there.. i loved the last scene, where DM is looking at Santo in the background..

in the preview, Meghna does spot Hiten.. wonder what will happen next..!!
