She can be sent to juvenile home or correction home. Not to jail. In that case even anandi will be questioned as to how she gave admission without proper checking. How students are admitted? The school's license will be suspended until enquiries are over. There will be legal battles.

another thing is drinking alcohol is crime ? .lots of people drink alcohol but did they go to jail just because they r drinking alcohol .?I think drunken people dont go to jail unless they harm other people physical .like it is not allow to drive when u r druken because it cause accident

I think drinking alcohol inside hostel is against the rules. The police may usually advise the Principal to dismiss the student.

For what Nidhi had been doing till now she could be sent to juvenile detention centre if Anandi had called police and that is the truth.

People hear going on and on about her sitting in the hot sun as if Anandi made her sit in the hot sun. She just tole her to wait outside the gate till her mother came and go home with her.

What her parents did to her almost all the parents in the village did to their little girls.Not all the girls marriages broke only a few unfortunate gals ended up with broken marriages.

We all know why her marriage broke when hell lot of other child marriages including her parents marriage Jagya's parents marriage and Lal Singh's mariage didn't break.

That is not the issue here.

She did forgive people who have offended against her and that has been shown ample no of times.

She slapped Pramila Devi - slapping is something I don't care for but she was very much right in treating that lady harshly because she broke her trust for also thinking that she can use her proximity with a reputed social worker and collector to continue her human trafficking and also for cheating that innocent girls and violating their trust and pushing them into flesh trade.

These are not small offenses.

That girl joined here so that she can continue with her bad habits and get away from home and she thought what she couldn't do at home could do it free of restrctions.

No matter in which way one looks that girl needed a very firm handling in a no nonsense manner if unchecked this kind of people will end up as hardened criminals.People want to ignore the beginings of that criminal behaviour in that girl then I can't say anything.

Dysharmony at home pushed her to illegal activities today and tomorrow may be something else that will push the girl to break the law.

Toughness is need of the hour and Anandi showed it.

Drinking alcohol by adults is not a crime in a wet State where drinking is permitted.Some Star hotels in dry states can allow guests alcohol as it promotes tourism. Only thing is they should not drink and drive. And they should not create public nuisance.
