And btw, why should we not feel sorry for Daddu owing to the sister he has? What guarantee is there that DB won't harm others the same way she tried to harm Anandi? Even if she (according to people) had not shown any inclination to harm people other than A, what guarantee is there that she won't in the future? (on the lines of "what if the child-labour employing woman would've hurt and battered her own child")
@ Bold: so well said. There is no guarantee that a person who has wrong done today, will not do wrong in future. The right thing Anandi should have done is to expose DB. Whatever happens next is not up to her, but she should have done her bit.
When a child makes a severe mistake, his parents punish him. Because that is the right thing to do. Not because they don't know what will be 'its use'
Thanks, to Anandi's snail-paced learning capacity and ability to give umpteen chances to anyone who is family; Daddu had to watch a family breaking and undergo a heart attack.
Anandi has suffered and witnessed several instances where DB has harmed Amol, Saanchi, Shiv, Gulli and just recently made a mockery of Anandi in front of Anoop (when Anandi did not serve lunch to Anoop). All these incidents put together also does not make Anandi realise that if DB was really and genuinely a caring lady, she wouldn't be creating mess in their lives.
I still don't get what stops Anandi from exposing people who are family.
Anandi didn't want to upset Daddu initially, but by keeping quiet she eventually contributed to Daddu getting a heart-attack. Just as she contributed to Jagya getting into the courts for SaJa and Saanchi being raped. Had she done her bits initially a lot would have been different.
Anandi's learning techniques cost people their lives, honour and relationships.
Anoop is a weak mind, but it is DB who is instigating so much and so badly that Anoop is not even getting a chance to think.
Thank you Anandi for not doing your bit and allowing a snake to feed. Now you will have a bigger mission to re-unite the family and one more chance to forgive DB and Anoop. And finally you will be the star bahu of the millennium. Everyone in the show will praise her for her qualities and we will have more Anandi clones coming up.
