We are analysing this point from Shiv's point of view ...but i think not from Anandi's point of view !

Erasing all the memories instantaneously and adjust in new life with some other person is not an easy task for any woman ! For some time Anandi loved and lived with Jaggiya happily and

forced to hate him because of his astounding insults and audacious deceit ...but still she has a soft corner towards him ...which she is carrying throughout her life ! That is the riddle ,, unsolved puzzle in the inner self of a woman !

At least I am thinking it from Anandi's point of view. She may have carried complex relationship, but she was truthful, never wanted to hurt others, was caring towards others etc. Now if we see her behaviour post Gauri - we see that she did not hate Jagya or even Gauri, she was not even angry with J, she continued to care for Singhs. But strangely, she forgot all about her own parents - no phone call, no recall, nothing till the day Bhago died. Why Anandi did this, creatives never explained. She was suffering, but it was Bhago who thought of helping her and sent the best person who could help Anandi - her teacherjee. Still Anandi was all grateful towards Singhs, but never ever remembered her parents - not when she pulled up and started school, not when she became sarpanch, not when she got the award from Chief Minister and went there like some princess. After getting award - in her dream she was chasing Jagya - this was after she accepted her fate and told J to not to do the same thing that he did to her to Gauri.

Was there a compulsion to show her still a devoted wife even though the husband had abandoned her?

She was angry with Shiv when he accepted DS proposal to marry her - that can be justified because she was angry with even DS for this. But when she was told to marry Shiv by her dying mother - she herself requested Shiv with folded hands to marry her. Shiv was ready to give her time, but she was adamant. Even when Shiv refused to marry because of J, still she wanted to marry Shiv. Suddenly just after marriage she changed and "mujhse nahi hoga" started. So the Anandi who was fair to everybody was not fair with Shiv, why.

May be again the compulsion to show ideal woman.

Coming to memories - as I have already mentioned in my earlier posts - memories cannot be selective. How can she remembered good memories that happened earlier and forgot bad memories that happened recently?

Again she tolerated too much from Sanchi and never ever complained. From this I have come to conclusion that in that creatives wanted to show Anandi as some ideal woman, who cares for all whom she thinks she has a responsibility. She becomes angry/forgets only those who are her near and dear ones and who will be there for her no matter what e.g. her own parents and Shiv.

Compared to that period, Anandi at present is a more balanced, more evolved character.

Even grownup Jagya had no problem with grownup anandi until he met gauri.

I think if he did not go to to mumbai for higher studies, there would have been little to distract him from anandi.

To create a big rift, they sent Jagya to mumbai and made him meet gauri who was his second child bride.

@bold - and from here the story became bad. It gave the message that bal-vivah will result in cheating. There was no need to make J cheater or Gauri the second child bride. They could easily show J falling for another medical student who was not his second child bride.

I think they wanted to put the horse behind the cart. That is they first thought about the message and then wove the messy story. They played with the feelings of the audience.

Marriages fail for many reasons which include child marriage.
They wanted to be politically correct and thus butchered a good story.

@bold - that is where the character of Anandi appeared to be moulded perhaps to appease the patriarchal viewers. Anandi should not have continued to long for J when she herself accepted her fate and even asked J not to do this with Gauri. Anandi may or may not have developed some feelings for another man depending on her own mental state, but any other girl would not continue to long for ex-husband who degraded her and cheated her.

Here they made the biggest blunder.By showing Jagya the way they showed they proved that Jagya made a wrong decision by breaking the marriage with Anandi.I have used all these lines so many times so will not give the same explanation.

In my opinion that poll was just a trick.It was similar to the poll where they asked whom should Anandi support in Jagya Sanchi court case.Balika Vadhu which does marriage of every single jawan character will keep their female lead unmarried!Its next to impossible.Who will say Anandi should remain unmarried,very less number of people,it doesn't need a poll to decide that she deserves a partner,if Jagya can why not Anandi.So here also its clear that they didn't made the poll for knowing the answer,they did it to create buzz.The decision was made after badi masi track. Whatever the poll result would be they would definitely remarried Anandi.

Now cvs are showing Jagya character properly,without changing his nature.He was always good at heart till cvs confusion started.For example when Ganga says why Mannu needs to have karwi dawa,he gets irritated and scolds her,that we all do when we are tensed.Then again when Mannu cries and Ganga says I will finish my dinner then will see him,Jagya stands and was about to go,then Ganga says why u are going I will go and Jagya says Thank u with an irritating tone.Thats what this character is stubborn,impulsive,grey,real,positive but not irritating and negative.But they completely changed him at that point of time which lessened the impact of their portrayal of negativity of child marriage.

@shankythebest - It is not just a poll they conduct on their website.

They do their own surveys among the viewers from time to time.

Specially among rural audiences that is where reservations come from. They wanted to know whether it will be right for Anandi to get married again.

As for the current characterisation of Jagya - I have no issues with it because this is just the older and more mature version of Jagya that we saw in thebegining when he was a child.

His redemption was always on cards. I do feel that it has not been handled properly.

Probably because the actress playing Gauri has quit and then Anandi was replaced because of these two a lot of footage of the actresses could not be used to convey his thought process.

Finally when Jagya Ganga track started that was to have been actual redemption track should have been between Anandi Jagya and Ganga. Anandi the past Ganga his future but that was spoiled by somebody's obsession with one character and that character was introduced into that track.

All about how he got over Anandi reconciled with his past and started to feel for Ganga and how he handled his own fears about his inability to make a woman happy all this has been sacrificed for the famous SaJaGa triangle.

The post marriage track also has been butchered with the pregnancy track which could have come up sometime later too after Ganga and Jagya have bonded.

No matter say Jagya was whatever but this looks funny that he got every impression 😆He was under impression his marriage was illegal , he was under impression of this , he was under impression of that . The way cvs mutilated him as adult he was never like that in childhood or as teenager its like when he grew up his brain went bonkers because cvs wanted to prove everything by forcefully painting him bad which looked so unreal An educated person living in city cannot be this fool the way cvs have presented him Even illiterates don't make impressions like this the way cvs have made him😆

Jagya's redemption was the best one for me because I am used to watch negative characters redeemeding within a day not only in BV but all the serials I had watch and watching.But its also a fact that they stretched the negativity too long.The redemption should have happened the time when he got to know about Gauri's truth.That was the best time.The best thing to redeem him was that Jagya will come back to her after realising her importance but he will see her getting engaged with Shiv and then leave her alone but no again confusion whether to keep him or turn him negative or postive and tossing him.

But if the actress quiting the show and the new actress entering is the reason then its not Jagya's fault,neither cvs fault.They did the best they could do,so it was upto us to understand and accept Jagya's redemption.

And JaGan fans hating Sanchi started because they were unnecessarily inserting her in Jagan'd track and Ganga's pregnancy was stupid but again cvs are at fault here.They love Sanchi and the actress playing and her wedding is the proof of their love for her.This kind of love for a side character is too much to bear.This much love they didn't shower on Gauri also.

Also I have to say JaGan story would have gotten the same popularity even more if Sanchi wouldn't be there.But if Sanchi wouldn't be inserted in Jagan then Shekhars wouldn't get story that time.That time their story was all about how Sanchi is in love,how Sanchi wants to get married with Jagya,how Sanchi learns cooking,how Sanchi wanted to commit suicide,how Sanchi laughs,cries,sleeps, etc etc.I am saying that because after JaGan Sanchi track ended the next story for Shekhars was Shiv not being Ira-Alok's son.Only that much they could thought for Shekhars after previous track ended.On the other hand they rushed the whole track Singh's case and thats the reason now after Ratan returning Mannu to JaGan it seems they are out of story.That merging the two family affected JaGan's story a lot.

Coming to the survey...Hope I am not sounding like a broken record...They were showing romantic track between Jagya and Anandi.But there was a continuous pressure that they have to break this couple as there's was a child marriage to remain true to the story.And also they were in need of story in future as they were not going to end this show.So they decided to introduce Anandi's soulmate.Then they made a poll to create buzz.If I believe that they targeted the rural audiences interest then poll option would have been 1.Should Anandi take back Jagya after Jagya realizing his mistakes 2. A new hero for Anandi 3. Anandi remaining unmarried.And most of the rural audiences would have been least interested in umarried option.They would have definitely said take Jagya back.Almost all of them because there thought process is like that.Now those rural audience or I say TRP audiences who watch shows just for entertainment will not accept a new character in Anandi's life that easily because cvs were not showing any sign of breaking Jagya Anandi.CVs were so stupid that they showed a very awkward kind of dream through Gauri in Badi Maasi track.Who shows that kind of dream when in future breaking this Jodi is the must for them!They were not even able to clearly show whether it was a dream or not.Where the dream started we still don't know.Jagya's out of the character behaviour was because to show the good quality of one hero u need to show the other one bad.Hence they butchered that character and they thought to make him negative.They wanted to demote him from male lead to side character and thats the reason he was out of the montage.It was not accepted but looking at their love for Sanchi I don't think they care for audiences that much. Actually they once again needed story,a new couple and who will be better than Jagya and his new love interest.Story ki story aur audience bhi khush.And they brought Ganga.And that worked for them,trp was good.And they once again brought him back on the montage after a very very long time.

So I came to that same point again which I tried to say in every post of this thread,CVs were always unfair with Jagya,the fans of Jagya,every thing related to Jagya.Child marriage itself is wrong,to prove that wrong Bigamy,Adultery are not needed and I would say this bigamy,adultery lessened the impact of ill effects of child marriage.Look at the people,people hate Jagya who was equally affected by child marraige.The child marriage broke because Jagya was wrong.They totally failed to show child marriage wrong both in Anandi and Jagya's case.

Cvs did not show in great detail Jagya having FB's of adult Anandi and Gauri after Prats exit because of actress quitting but they did show through his actions his struggle to move on from Anandi for quite a time They showed a lot many flashbacks of choti Anandi to him last year after Prats exit e.g I remember in one scene on their wedding anniversary he was remembering Anandi and him fighting when they were kids etc etc and through his actions and words they did show so i won't say they sacrificed this part in SaJaGan but what they did they forced Anandi in many occasions in his thoughts in illogical way which looked forced rather than sensibly e.g Singhs rubbing off Anandi on his face for a night stay in haveli when they knew very very well it will hurt their son so why not have a party for Anandi outside Haveli ? Haveli she already left There was nothing special in it that they were doing in fact it looked like they were deliberately rubbing Anandi on his face No one was happy with that night stay Everyone was feeling awkward so cvs could not produce any sense in it It looked like Singhs are taking revenge from jagya there 😕 , one more him being upset on Anandi leaving Jaitser and why he will want to see her face daily to move on 😕Even this thought is enough to relief his guilt that she is happy in her life so why he will wish to see her face daily ? These are few examples i have written These looked a deliberate attempt done to connect replaced Anandi with Jagya to make a connection otherwise these scenes does not make sense and i am pretty sure if Anandi would not be replaced it won't be shown like this These were only attempts to make viewers feel she is Anandi

Where cvs faltered in my opinion they are too hesitant to accept Anandi was also not right life partner for Jagya no matter how good she was , how much she cared for him but she does not complete him The type of woman that suits him Anandi was not that. Anandi is perfect for Shiv but not for Jagya They didnt show the part which was very important and sacrificed in Sanchi's mess where Singhs accept they were wrong in doing child marriage of their child and then destroying his mindset with again and again forcing in it Anandi is only his janam janam ki saathi because which he is stuck at it Anandi was the perfect woman whom he lost because of his mistakes therefore is not worthy to move on with anyone else Cvs faltered in Singhs redemption in my view in Sanchi's mess

JaGan story was indeed sacrificed in Sanchi's mess The story was cut short and rushed and important details cvs didn't bother to show😭 Will never forgive them for this 😡

Whenever I come in this forums I did not find anything new, Some of oldest lovers of these forums still loved to discuss old story of the bv , Same kind of discussion always going on in here , Its seems some of peoples loved to spent a fair amount of time to give the long long explanations in here to their own fav to attracted to others attention. Long and short of the story is the various peoples watch the show for various reason one of the most importance reason is Shiv ,Shiv is the unique & very strong characters in the indian televistion, ,there are lots of peoples still alive who never watch the bv before shivv entry. So many new fresh audiences has add in the bv fans lovers listed made them to watch the show especial so many youngest peoples loved to follow bv ,his entry give the boost in the show bv look refresh

Shiv characters not made only just Anandhi helper , or lover , shiv have own charm , identity .There are a lots of sooo many peoples being watch the the show only for him Shiv have own identity in viewers .There are still millions of peoples waiting to see his own story .I did not want to say this one and only shiv is importance or peoples are watch this show only for him , but his fans watch this show only for him .After Sid come back in the bv I was watch the show again my interested was back but when i saw his scene was not showing i was click the others channel button .its very obvious .

Others hands who loves jagya &jagan they are watch the show only for their fav , same goes to Anadhi lovers when they see aanadhi scene they loved .

The any show never made only with heroines also equal importance hero ,

And shiv & jagya is hero in the show , only Anadhi & ganga not enough to attracted to soo many peoples interested to watch the show

only ones iSider story never bring the larger section of Audience interested to watch the show continue

@Vinta , I did n't know about the balika vadhu Previous 4 years story I never followw the show My interested in Shiv .During the Shiv new enty i was starting to follow these days i lost my interested to watching bv .I never like others characters ,I have watch only Shiv and Ansh scene when i saw its not there i had moved to others show
