Ratan only demanded Mannu back .Only then he will save him 😡Helpless Ganga agreed and Jagya also didn't have any other option 😭

They don't know where is Padma No one knows where she is even Ratan and his parents do not She ran away from home to an unknown place

Ratan is currently the only option There is huge possibility his bone marrow might match with Mannu Unrelated bone marrow donors are not easy to find First everyone searches in parents or siblinings if their don't match then they go for unrelated donors
