Making veggie rice in rice cooker.. Grandma sleeping aunt not at home. Want to add tamarind g juice and put in the cooker.. Will the rice n veggies cook?

My aunt MIl once told me dal doesn't cook if u add salt..I am not sure of it.. Will ask my Ammamma when's he wakes up..

i never tried it.. just rice veggies tamarind juice ? If you add some dal and spices it is bisi bele bhaat

I made masala with pepper, cinnamon and lavang and ginger garlic and green chillies.. Fried it will veggies.. I found amchor power so added it.. Just for some favour..and added to rice and put it in cooker..hoping it will get cooked..
