Jagiya dialog was no way regressive. Why hear only first part of his dialog? What about the second part he said 'Tum ho to main hun!' That should give everyone idea the extent of his love, his desire to be with Ganga. His whole existence he attributed to Ganga. How does it can be regressive? As I see it, he reminded her that she has rights over him now.

On one hand you say Ganga is educated and capable of leaving him and being independent now. While on other hand you keep saying she needs such words from Jagya to be persuaded? Is it not contradictory?

If u look at it that way . But i see beauty in the contradiction . .😊 This is how I see it .

While she is in the process of progression , he has ALREADY progressed .

She is in the teething stage of independence and very wobbly .

A lifetime of upbringing and values ur taught as a kid are not easy to shrug off and remain with u even if u progress .

See Anandi . Tell me truly ...what part of her mentality has changed .

It is imperative for him that she remains at his side and does not run away , not listening to the voice of her heart , burdened by vicious guilt trips , attacks on her character .

Lal Singh told her the same thing , albeit neutrally and pleasantly . It is now your turn to support him by staying firmly by his side .

But each encounter with the family makes her resolve shaky .

And this frightens Jagya ...that they may get to her .

So he talks to her in the language she is familiar with for years . But he uses all those examples for a progressive cause. To keep her by his side .

She will not stay with him just bcoz he says I love u , or that I took the decision , the onus lies on me , u need not feel guilty .

She will feel that they r the words of a man crazily in love who cannot see any fault in her ...of course Daktarsaa will say that but whatever am i thinking ? I MUST run away .

But these words ...jiggling her childhood and lifetime values , chain her to him .

Now the effort to chain her is not regressive . It is the desperation of a progressive man in love to get to her somehow .

Many criticized him putting the sindoor as regressive coz he did not even ask her .

I don't . He would not have done it with a girl who was capable of taking a decision . He did it with her as he knew that she loved him , would never acknowledge it in this life and that progression put the onus on him to take right decisions for both of them .

Progression also compels him to do upwardly contradictory talk . He knows the decision is HIS , and that only love talks will not convince her . He is at his wits end to get rid of her guilt complexes and fear .

I feel BV has shown superb beauty in this contradiction .

Regarding Lal Singh ...i beg to differ .😊

Anandi didn't love Jogia? I don't think anyone whose actually watched the serial can say that😆 There isn't a question of "supporting" the marriages because the fact is that it HAPPENED! Both times. As an adult as well. Please stop insinuating such things from my posts. Jogia at 18 accepted Anandi as his wife, brought her into his house, immediately commenced an intimate relationship with her and time and again sweet talked with her and said everything that he's saying now to Ganga. At age 23 he married Gauri with all rivaz in mandir after literally emotionally blackmailing her that he would die without her🤢 and now he's telling Ganga the very same sort of things he told to Anandi and Gauri. So the question is how many times will be make those promises and how many times will he get married? To how many girls will he make a lifetime promise of love then break it?

It doesn't have to be the same words it just has to be the same meaning😆 Remember how he reached Gauri's house and begged and pleaded and said I will die if you leave me? He said something quite similar to Ganga yesterday😆 Ever heard of a guy taking 21 pheres with three different girls in the space of less than ten years after ditching all the previous ones?😆
