Wait a minute. You deduced from what was shown that he was gappa maraoing and just sprung it on Ganga to have to cook. But what was actually shown via dialogue was that he had tried several times to convince Ganga not to cook and she debated it with him hence his comment that like Anandi, no one can win with you.

Why is jagya disgusting? Dint he clearly tell sanchi before the engagement what she was getting into . He would have not gone on teej if sanchi would nt have tricked him into getting married the day ganga needed to leave. As you sow so shall you reap. If she would have let him go then she could have spent teej with him. Jagya is taking care of Ganga s financial expenses so that is the reason he got her something new on the festival. Does she have money to buy pretty saree s ?

He dint expect her to cook he did tell her, she insisted as they were guests . . Let s practically think he wanted the staff to interact with her. . . How ever bad it may sound but a friend s referral does make life very easy in a medical college.

Is ganga a thing that her responsiblity needs to be passed on? If he took it he is fulfilling it. If i agree to be some one s local guardian do i dump my responsiblities on a colleague just coz others dont like it? I should nt have volunteered in the first place . . I dont think he is disgusting from any angle but his things throwing, scheming lying fiancee definately is

Agree. It was completely inappropriate for Jagya to entertain a group of young men at the house of a single mother. Where was the elderly man who came with Ganga to help her? He could have been present as well in the scene.

Also what was the necessity for Jagya to gift her a sari, ask her to wear it and then stay back for the Teej pooja which is an intimate family ritual? He should have left immediately after checking that she was fine and had settled into the course. Considering that he is engaged to Sanchi and has even confirmed to Shiv that he honours the commitment, his behaviour today was not only distasteful but downright disgusting.

As Skepblun mentioned in a previous post, this is a weak storyline. Sanchi being portrayed as a negative character does not excuse this kind of behaviour from Jagya. Had Jagya been engaged to a suitable girl (say a kindhearted divorcee doctor chosen by the Singhs), his behavior would have appeared downright indecent.

This serial has gone down the hill.

Jagya is best now. Yeah he did very wrong to Anandi. But now he is a difrent man. He will never do anithing bad. And if people seeing fault in him becoz of other stupid characters then its their problem. Bina sar pair ke arguments kyu? Bas argument karna hai toh kuch v? Galat ko sahi aur sahi ko galat?
