Sumitra is damn so serious when it comes to keep her family united. As much as she loved A, she did turn on to this avatar on when Bhasant and gehna wanted to leave haveli. She turns super ferocious when it comes to keep her family united.

But I can't understand why she fails her cool side when it comes to someone in her family. I remember her shouting on Ganga now and the last time when he spilled oil. All these things are not hurting her but some member of her family. Now i remember she is not out of character but she is as of such to outsiders and insiders alike when one member of the family is under threat.

This is called blind loyalty. Anandi supported the other kid correctly and Gehna was unreasonably annoyed.
Is it a virtue to keep the family united at the cost of justice?

In yesterday's incident, it was sanchi's fault and she did not yell at sanchi because sanchi is going to be her daughter in law.

How virtuous!

Am thinking Anandi will step up and apologise to ganga for Sumi's temper - but I think this will be not in front of everyone - like her insult.

What happened to Anandi. Just a few minutes earlier she was giving one f her baashans about the nonsensicalness of superstitions and here she was just dumbfounded and couldn't speak up. Why can't she give her baashans in defense of the right people.

Why are the CVs doing this to Sumitra's character ?? She was a dream saas and more of a mother to A...but now, she is the new villian on the block-- ok, villian may be a strong word , but still she is knowingly hurting Ganga ...tch tch...just for Sumitra to learn her lesson, I want sanchi-Jagay to get married, then Sumitra will know what the real Sanchi is 😡 PS: I am a JaGAn fan, eagerly waiting for thier marriage but Cvs are hell bent on ruining things ❤️

You verbalized Ganga's dilemma so well hooked. If she was alone she could have easily left BH but she has already experienced separation from Mannu and just wants to keep him safe and by her side hence her still living in BH. Even when she went to the mandir, she had an uneasy feeling.

It's easy to denounce Ganga and state that she is lusting after Jagya but most forget that she has never known what affection is. The little bit of consideration, courtesy and respect she is getting from everyone minus Sumi/Saanchi has left her bewildered, grateful and unable to fathom how to reciprocate. She is still finding her way through all these emotions which is why she was unable to contain herself or understand the sudden deluge of feelings she was experiencing when J and S engagement was announced.

Why is she being made the scapegoat under the pretense of family safety. In the past when Anandi and Jagya had many escapades with the police and other criminals like Heth Singh and Donghi Baba and Shravan then where was Sumitra's fear for her family's safety or unity. She was just a dumb bystander then. All her protestations ring hollow. As much as the defense of motherly love is justifiable, there just is no cohesiveness to her madness. She just detests Ganga because she plain and simple thinks Ganga is not good enough for her son.

Lekin voice overs aksar sahi nahi hoti. VoiceOver bhi hypocrisy tha kyonki kuchi der pahele Anandi Sab ki saamne baashan de rahe thi aur Saanchi bhi saath saath aur woh bhi Ds ko. Tho Sumitra kya cheez hain. Anandi tho uske apne Gaon aur apne Gaon waalo. Ki beech mein the aur bahut baar baashan diya hain tho ab kaise sanskar usko rok rakha hain?

again same thing happen when manu splashing water sumi already seeing it .she does not take bowl from manu and not even bother to wipe the water on floor and even ganga was not there .but when gehna started walking on floor about to slip then she start getting angry on ganga c what ur manu has done .ganga was not there when manu splashing water so how could ganga know what manu is doing

Everyone nodded their heads for a widow to do the first puja for gehna but when a kid that everyone stood so shocked. I was surprised to see even Anandi is shocked ! She gave long last bashans about everything and now when a kid did throw shagun why is stood up and reacted so shocked and sad??? I can understand others but open thinking minded Anandiji ko kya hua???

I agree. Also, what were the zillion women standing there, including Sumitra herself doing when Mannu went towards gehna. One of them should have seen what he was doing at once and taken care of the situation much before he pulled evrything down. Even Anandi was lost in the ceremony! She should have been more proactive and taken care of Mannu herself instead of letting Sanchi do so. Her response was really really slow!
