@SIDRA I agree with your views about the basic problem of gauri was no acceptance from the singhs...and her insult in the childhood in front of the mahapanchayat because of the singhs...

and yes gauri did indeed lie but jagya also hid his marriage to anandi in the first place...but i had always thought when gauri will come to know abt jagya's marriage to anandi she will back off but i started not liking gauri only after she DID not back off.. later her insecurities and jealousy abt anandi made her a complete mentally sick person...accidentally killing her own baby and putting th blame on anandi, the babhuti thing was also the height of mental sickness..

after that when jagya came to know from bade papa abt all the lies gauri said and slapped her ...what i liked was gauri did not turn back for jagya..as in most cases such people go crazy and try to become highly possesive..and since she decided to forget jagya and live her life alone is what i liked...then again when jagya was in the hospital and lal singh called her to inform she just ignored it and said she does not care for jagya anymore..i again did not like this action taken by gauri as for the sake of humanity she should have come to help jagya..

So for me gauri is like Ying and Yang sometimes nice sometimes crazy sometimes bad..

but i feel everyone has a chance for redemption...

to abort a child or no is a mothers decision ...no mother should be termed bad if she decides that she does not want the child..because if the mother feels she would not be able to look after the child properly its best she aborts it rather than giving birth and making life miserable for the baby...

many poor women or women who get pregnant out of the wedlock go for this route but that does not mean they are bad..

@Sunshine ...i never said Gauri should not redeem actually i want her to redeem because i want her to realize her sins and correct them i am not in support of Jagaya Gauri reunion thats what i adamant on i think i can never accept that neither it is happening and it has nothing to do with my love for JaGan if you read my earlier posts even when there was no sign of Ganga i was super against Jagaya Gauri reunion even then but what i am saying is only this in case if she didn't redeem then we have to accept that as well it is possible too Going by her character there are very less chances she can redeem so easily IMO. We cannot say if Jagaya did so she must too There has been much difference in between Jagaya and hers conscience

abt child killing i want gauri to keep the child...no doubts in this caes.

i was just thinking abt the plight of the poor little baby...

besides my thoughts shared abt calling a woman bad because she aborted the child were not related to this show just generally i would not call a woman 'bad' because she aborted her child.. as everyone goes through different set of problems in life and one cannot apply the situations in one's life and apply it to other person's life and the judge them..

as for gauri i really want a redeemed happy gauri who has paid for her sins in life and has taken a different positive path towards her future..and then who knows maybe her paths cross with jagya and they find the 'new & redeemed ' jagya and gauri in each other and get together...it will be so nice for the little baby who will have his/her real parents together...sorry but i believe that the child's happiness always lies in a healthy happy family with parents who have a healthy happy relationship between themselves...

gauri definetely to be call not good woman if she deleberately killed that innocent child .whatever gauri face in life but she has no right to stop child in coming into world .

it is morally to abort a child when u deliberately become mother and u have no pregnancy complication in body .i think as single parent she can take care of her baby and if it is problem of how she can take care of baby if she go to hospital then her parents can take care of her baby and gauri is finacial secure too so there should be no problem for gauri in raising baby

i agree surabhi..i am just trying to keep myself in gauri's shoes...

i am imagining that i did all the wrong things and jagat found out and slapped me and then i decided to leave jagat..ok.. and i was trying hard to forget everything..and one day i faint on the road and find out that i m pregnant and i panic and again because i am gauri and my mindset always has negative thoughts i try to runaway from this pregnancy problem by aborting it...thats the first thought that came in her mind because she panicked and she is gauri not anandi to have a cool temperament.. one cannot expect sweet taste from a karela naa.

then when gauri must have calmly thought she muist have taken the decison to keep the baby...not all can always tae the correct decison in one go many need more time and thinking for it.

i agree with u abt the mahapanchayat...gauri was a child then and only wanted to study...but then agian her parents were not children..it was them who poisoned her mind and put all the blame on the singhs...and you know naa gauri blindly follows her moms advice..

what i want is that gauri realsie that what her mom taught her and poisoned her was utterly wrong she tells that to her and her mom argues with her and finally in the heat of the moment syas bad things abt gauri like the usual dialogues ' kash teri jaise beti paane se accha mujhe ek beta hota, atleast yeh din toh nahi dekhna padta' and thats wen gauri realises that what a orrible mistake she did by following this woman's advise..

and then slowly she starts thinking in depth and redeems...

I am not much interested to see Gauri with Jagya again, in fact I think they should not be together after so many things happened between them. Neither they themselves will be able to give justice to the relation if ever they come together again. But what I am not liking is CVs are not giving proper disclosure to character Gauri. She has not been shown as changed.. She and Jagya both were equally responsible for what they did. What I am not liking is Jagya is shown as changed, he has got the punishment, but Gauri has not been shown realizing her mistakes or getting back effects of her deeds... If she is really changed, they should show that. if they do not want to bring in a new actress, they can very well show it through her parents..
