good point, just to add to that..if a man puts his wife first after marriage..any sensible wife will automatically put her husband's family first...that's a woman's nature.

shiv is not harsh towards to her mother he does not say any harsh word to her mother he is just requesting to her mother not to blame anandi .it is ira who is harsh towards anandi .ira words is really harsh towards anandi yesterday i feel ira has become stone hearted towards anandi and most strange part is that she believe in stranger((urmi) word and start accusing anandi that u r also with dadisa in cheating ??.she should have find truth before accusing anandi

All of them are at fault here. Shekars made a fool of themselves in front of a stranger UD. Ira should have waited till UD left and then confronted Anandi. Shiv after listening to his mom's golden words should have waited till UD and then told what he felt. Both mom and son gave into emotions and said things to hurt each other.
Ira hurt Shiv saying bad things about Anandi. Shiv hurt his mom by saying "small soch". Shiv did make it clear that Anandi's respect is his respect. Now everyone should ponder over what went wrong and try to resolve it before it gets more complicated.

I know women are supporting Shiv and trashing Ira because in reality women either do not want any MIL and SIL at all or they want an MIL who keeps mum and they want their hubby to always support them no matter what.

It's the limit to call Ira cheap! She only reminded Anandi of her aukaat. She only said the truth.

She did not just believe a stranger or Sanchi. She first asked Anandi if it was indeed DS whoi said it. When Anandi confirmed it was DS and that she knew it all before marriage then Ira's patience gave away and rightfully so!

Is it not Anandi's duty to be honest to her in laws?! Is it not Shiv's duty to be honest to his parents?!

Ira was kept in dark.

And whatever DS has done was wrong. If Shiv can understand that old hag's actions then why can't he understand his own mother's concern?!

Anandi may have qualities or be an award winner from State CM. But it does not mean Shekhars will keep tolerating whatever she and Singhs do! People want those in their lives who respect their sentiments and are honest to them. Award winner ho na ho, sachi toh ho! Unke jazbaaton ka bhi khyaal toh kare!

Those who are bashing Ira, you guys easily forgot how she had been so permissive in past?! Even welcoming her DIL's ex husband at her house! You forgot it was she who consoled Anandi when Shiv shouted at her and it was she who was trying to get Chhoti ma to soften her stance on Anandi?!
She has made so many adjustments for Anandi, Shiv and even trashy Singhs!

But all she gets in return is lies? She has no right to react if she was kept in dark about something?

She could have got her son married to any cultured family that required less adjustments than stupid Singhs. She did not even mind when Anandi ran away to see her ex husband on her bidaai day. She never spoke a word even as Shiv became private servant of Singhs to help find their runaway son! (Government servant using all his time and powers to find one guy personally!)

It was high time Anandi, Shiv and Singhs learnt they could not take Shekhars for granted.

Don't assume your parents are only there to nod their heads!

And if Anandi & Shiv have too much problem then get out of the house and live with Singhs (Shiv as ghar jamai) or their own independent house. They can then tell truths or lie to anyone selectively and will have no expectations or "interference" from Ira. Ira will be reduced to a mere nosy guest in the house. Fine na?

Anandi and Shiv have done more for Singhs than for Shekhars. They failed to balance between both families.

Worst is DS who's still hiding at her haveli, leaving kids to bear the brunt of her actions and not coming forward to apologise! Marti bhi nahi yeh besharam budhiya! 😡

Ira & Shekhars are not wrong here in any way. Already too much advantage of their permissiveness has been taken by others.

no I don't think he was hash towards to his mother . lekin ira to pahele se janti thi ki anandi tallakshuda hai phir use yaad dilane ki koi zaroorat nahi thi. haan agar anandi ka vyavhaaar shekhar ke bura hota to who jaroor kahe Shakti thi. ira ko bhi yeh shobha nahi deta.

to usmein galat kya hai patni ka pespect agar shiv rakhega to aage jaa kar uski patni ka respect rahega. mein shiv ki baat se ageee karti hoon.
