I think nightingale will be first to do it she is pretty confident and don't hide what is in her heart😆once she realized she will confess but Dr sahab will cry a lot before confessing Don't blame him for it his emotional state is so disturbed he doesn't consider himself worth of love or being married and it will be very nice if Ganga , falls ,realizes and confess her love for him before Jagaya otherwise Jagaya haters will be after him to take their pleasure in criticizing him if he did first😆
