Well, I for one am very happy at the way ashi has established her closeness with shiv.

The one key benefit I see to this is that dadisa will stop acting as puppet master if she sees that shiv is already with someone. She wouldnt want anandi to get involved in a second love triangle (particularly as the disadvantaged party).

With dadisa's plans of artificially throwing them together, she is making an ass of herself (for instance by calling bhim singh in the office to have conversations about shivs whereabouts) and also creating potential embarrasment for anandi.

Once she backs off, then shiv and anandi's relationship will proceed at its own pace in the natural flow.

I really believe that the relationship should be extremely private and only be between shiv, anandi and God.

Here, everyone and his second cousin are being involved by dadisa in her plans

1. Bhim singh

2. Makhan

3. The driver of the jeep

4. Gehna

etc. etc.

Tomorrow after she runs out of these ideas, she will hatch plans and solicit assistance from gulli, phooli, village kakis, asha, abhishek, lalsingh etc... and instead of a sweet private romance, it will become one big laughing stock romance all over the village. Dadisa has absolutely no boundaries.

If there is already a relationship between ashi and shiv, then dadisa will not pursue him for anandi anymore.

The question of breaking them up does not arise because it can create potential complications for anandi later on. Once you know there is a girlfriend then the sensible thing to do is to back off.

If it has to die - then it should die a natural death...not artificially because of someone's interference because then the roots may grow back. 😆

Yes but it is not a question of there being someone in his past which is now a closed chapter. Everyone has a past and we cant help it if he knew someone before he knew anandi.

It is still an open chapter in his life if she is currently his girlfriend. And I dont know if anandi would like to think of marrying someone or marry someone after seeing the person (ashi) right in front of her eyes. The image of her clinging to him, putting her hand on his knee, linking her arm with his, sliding her arm back and forth on his arm, etc. would be an image that would be permanently burned in my mind atleast... even if he later on became single, it would not appeal to me.
