even if singh parivar wud be celebrating,then the child wud not be legitimate,true but atleast she wud at least have the strengh n the suport of the family.

what does 'strength and support' mean?

that the singhs will pay for the childs college education? (through anandi as the conduit of the money?)

anyway, my dear balika enthusiasts, I am bowing out of this discussion at this point.

I think its a clear cut issue.

Either legality mattered to gauri or it did not.

if it did -- then she shouldnt have gone back to kunda tai's with jagat until he straightened the whole thing out.

if it did not -- then there is no point shouting now about najayaz all the time.

The writing was on the wall... and bhairon told them at the right time despite anandi's stupid kasam.

He didnt wait until they had three kids.

So then the ball was in gauri's court. she clung to the ball. what more to say?

She isnt in state of traveling thats y she is there in the hell right,y she has to peep out of room?cum on one cant stay inside the room for whole day.

Have their strength to do what ? Bear the financial burden of the kid ? Why does she need their strength u tell me ?

Isn't Jagya enough. You two created a baby - you two are well educated and able bodied and shud be able to take care of a baby that YOU have conceived !! Anyways - one set of parents supports - her own - so what's the problem ?

Their support was sufficient to get married right ? So that support shud also be sufficient to have a baby ! Why the need for world acceptance ? Forget Jaitser - what is it ? Just a small backward village with not even a working hospital of its own.

Gauri dear - go to Mumbai - nobody looks down on live-in relationships there and no one really cares whether your baby was born legit or not. As long as you 2 have lots of love - SMILE - and please try to grow a backbone and take a loan - stop living on charity - its really shameful.

tanvi -- nobody said she has to go by bullock cart or camel cart from jayetsar to mumbai.

It is a 2 hour journey tops -- by car to jaipur, and then jaipur to mumbai by air.
what is this great stressful traveling that she will have to undertake?

tanvi: you are not answering my question,😭 if Gauri believes in polygamy--which she does, since she believes she deserves acceptance because she is also a second bahu---- and wants to be accepted as Jagya's SECOND wife, then why is she breaking the other main rule of polygamy which says ALL wives have equal rights over the husband. Why is she against Anandi's rights over Jagya and the haveli?

Please see my previous post for a better formulation of the question.
BTW, I am still confused whether Gauri believes in child marriage or not, whether she believes in the illegality of their own marriage or not, whether she believes in women's cause or not.

First of al,talking to bhairav wen he disclosed abt illegal mariage,with wat face she wud talk to him,she entered in the haveli proudly telling she is legal wife ,now dat she came to know the truth she cant dare to open her mouth infront of him.N abt geting affected ?wen they went to mumbai they were already affected by watever hapened in jetsar but started focusing on career,now it is mater of child.on the news of parpota,she knows in villages how family reacts on it?but after hearing the news,people r even more upset,it does affect her as a mother.
