First things first!!! Hats off to RK for pulling off the RB mode and roar back like a tiger... It shook P and all of us infact so much that we are still reeling from the after effects...Not to forget ST who stood up against the storm that broke all boundaries and flinched and emoted as if it was happening in real life and not in the reel life...
But comming to the main point.. humiliation... Did Priya really deserve that?? Anger yes, disappointment yes, verbal slaps yes.. Raging hubby yes... But all said and done, She did come to him.. Waited till he got back to his feet, wanted to apologise for all that she had done.. Got to know that her own sister was her souten.. Mother literally accusing her of having feelings for someone else.. Dad had turning his back to her... No friends she could call her own.. Standing all alone and having immense faith in her husband that he will make everything better..standing up against her sister and telling her that she will abide by whatever R tells her and till then she will not leave.. trusting that her hubby might have married her sister due to some very valid reason, Not minding the fact that the bloke did not even mourn her passing away for even a year before he got himself another wife..
She could have run off again with her daughter leaving R to think that he was or had been hallucinating.. Took guts to stand up in front of the family and whole heartedly accepting her mistakes, begging forgiveness again and again, which was not even reciprocated by anyone... all this and the poor lady had to be given a lesson in humiliation by none other than a man who claimed to love her and lived only for her.. Was it really needed?? He could have just left her in the room and gone home with the rest of the family... When one realizes that they are all alone and no one to support them,the pain is tenfolds... Whatever she did may have been wrong in some people's view and right in some one else's ..But I draw a line at humiliation... It was wrong.. He could have humiliated her due to his anger, but could also have done it in private.. Could have rubbed it on her saying that his wife is A and not P any longer.. You don't talk about right and wrong to someone else when you are doing the wrong thing.. After reading all the posts and arguments and takes, all I can see is the fact none thought it was wrong.. Pity that women are women's worst enemies...
