shubh dressed up swiftly and came down, looking dashing that i could have sworn all the ladies in the room intook a breath seeing him... well u cant blame them... our shubh is so handsome...!!!
everyone grinned at his re-entry. shubh flashed a happy smile back at them and joined his large crowd... he talked with almost everyone there... it was all his friends and relatives... he was in such a happy mood... he dint know the time pass by...
suddenly his father and mother started making an announcement, well.. technically its vanraj as sulochana looked on.
vanraj : hello everyone...! i hope u r all enjoying shubh's homecoming party so far... {applause}... jaise ki aap log jaante hai... ye party hai shubh ki ghar lautne ki khushi me.. par hum {he motioned his family n sulochana and himself}... ye decide kiye hai ki is din, ek aur khushi ki baat ho jaaye... {he paused}....{smiled widely}... MERE BETE KI SAGAAI...!!!
everyone applauded but not as hard as shubh.... he walked upto swayam and hooted and hugged him.. shubh whistled...
vanraj: shubh, yaha aao beta...
shubh was surprised his father called him instead of swayam but went and stood nevertheless. vanraj put a hand around shubh's shoulders as he smiled nervously and saw swayam grimace.
vanraj: haan doston... mera beta shubh aur mere dosth Purnendu ki beti AASTHA ki sagaai hai aaj...!!!
now shubh looked positively stunned... he looked at everyone around in complete shock but before hw could get his senses back and talk and ask his father what in the whole world he was talking about, the whole room was full of cheers and applause and someone else joined him...
it was a girl and her family...
a girl dressed in light blue lehenga with silver works... she was short and held her head down in shyness...😳... when she looked up into his face, he held his breath as her beauty hit him... 'God! she is totaly pretty', shubh thought... his shock about the whole sagaai was overridden by the girl's beauty...
vanraj: ye hai mera dosth Purnendu, unki biwi rukmini aur unke bachche... aur ye hai meri chotti bahu... aastha!
shubh couldnt help but smile as he looked at aastha and thought about her being the choti bahu of the family... but no!!! this wasnt happening... he thought it was swayam bhaiyya's wedding that was getting fixed...
but just as he was starting to get irritated about the whole thing, the rings arrived and aastha looked up onto his face and gave him a reluctant and shy smile... shubh dint know what made him do it, but just as vanraj and sulochana asked him to put the ring into her fingers, he readily did it... the girl could do wonders on him... just by her looks n charm...
shubh felt uneasy... but he liked it.. he smiled back at her too....
