I think there is no raaz. From the looks and feel of it, I believe that the old servant and the parents of the cousin have something to do with it. I'm sure the fact that lady was caught on fire has something to do with someone trying to burn and kill her.
When all is done an revealed - there really will be no big raaz. It'll all turn out to be an attempt of someone trying to kick the owners out so that they can take over the haweli or something along those lines.
Although it would be nice if it turned out that there was a ghost haunting the place.
