And in udyog parv Lord Krishna say in speech pandav get their king dom after killing duryodhan , shakuni dussasan but they prefer get king dom through peace

Lord Krishna was condemning shakuni when Lord Krishna was v giving speech in udyog parv

So why Lord Krishna take name too hakuni too saying that pandav get king dom by killing shakuni

Who said Shakuni stayed in HP. He was the king of Gandhaar and stayed there, he only came to HP when needed, just as Karna came from AngaPradesh
