Can someone plz tellme how to add glitter text in the siggies..i downloaded many glitter text...tell me wht do i do next?

thx soni 🤗......i've just downloaded the windows movie maker 2.0........but therez a problem....... itz not working......it says "Windows movie maker 2 can only be installed on the Microsoft Windows XP operating system."....😭 what should i do now? 😭
