TUTORIAL FOR PICTURE RE-TOUCH
learn how to turn this pic into this
Requirements-u'll need photoshop cs3 as well as paint shop pro 8 or 9

1-First ov all open this pic in photoshop cs3
2-then go to Filter->Blur->Surface blur...now match ur sttings as mine-

3-now save it and open it in psp8
4-go to Layers-->Duplicate-->Properties...and match ur settings as mine-

5-then go to Layers-->new adjustment layer-->Hue/Saturation/lightness...and match ur sttings as mine
MASTER-
SATURATION-20
REDS
SATURATION-10
6-Then go to Layers-->New adjustment layer-->Colour balance...and match ur settings as mine-
