Download and install Winrar and then right click on Topaz's folder and select extract it here or extract in...(it's the name of your folder itself).

@Naz : I always prefer to add topaz, or Blur ! before I add text :)
gets a smooth finish then :) just a tip :)

1 duplicate your layer and shaprpen it

2 duplicate it and denoise it by reducing noise

3 duplicate and add topaz clean

4 duplicate

put on soft light and

and gussian blur

it will get you good result you can add soft light golden color layer too

for shining

and

in steps of duplicating you can experiment with changing blends of layer and seeing result 😳
