I think it's easier to do it like that:

Fill the siggie with a colour. and then select/mark a part of the siggie like a long icon. Then eraser that part.. and so on.. hope it helped.. will try now too.😃

i think

it is desaturated

like first sharpen

then denoise

and then

desaturate

naz reduce the noise

add little gussian blur and

and do both in different layer

so there will be 23 layers in total

one

sharpen

second

denoise

and third

gusian blur

you can do

topaz clean too little if at end needed

like see i done i t
