Brush..? Its called floral. Had downloaded this set ages ago...there some 15 brushes in it and I use them all together, thus it looks like this.
You can find some on Deviantart, thats where I had downloaded from.😊

Tutorial

since i got many queries regarding how i made this one i'm trying to make a tut for this one..i'm going to explain abt how can we move the pic like this...

i don't know how to explain this..it's simple...but u shld know abt the basic animation knowledge using photoshop...

Step 1: remove the background of the pic..(u can use magic wand,eraser,lasso tool for this)...

Step 2:create a suitable background for ur siggy..open ur timeline/animation window and duplicate the frame to 10-15 times..(according to ur wish)

and then drag ur pic(the one where u deleted the background) over this new background..

Step 3: select ur first frame...n also select the pic..n place it to the left hand corner...

Step 4:select second frame..n duplicate the pic layer...and move it to a bit more to the right side compared to the first layer..plz make sure that first layer is visible only in first frame n second layer is visible only in second frame...(check the small eye)

continue this process until u reached the position where u want to stop this process...

here i stopped at frame 12 where i placed hr pic in the right hand side...

then just duplicate the last layer(just assume it's layer M)

and then select the next frame in ur animation window(mine is frame 13)..and select layer M again

and then select next frame(frame 14)n select layer M copy 1(and apply stroke...color white size:3)

then select next frame (frame 15) and select layer M copy 1 again where u applied stroke..

and u r almost done..then i applied psd over all the layers and set timings as 0.1 and selected forever and save as a gif..

and for the text box..i created two rectangles in white color n decreased it's opacity and merged both into a single one in tht manner u can see in the gif...

and applied the same technique as above...change in movement to the right side in each frame...

Tutorial : how to make double colored border in gifs

So someone asked me how to give a double colored border in siggies/gifs like this one..

i think many people know how to do it..it's simple...but i'm making a tut for those who dont know this simple thing..

when u r done with ur colorings n text in your gifs...open ur gif in PS..

press Ctrl and select the last layer of ur gif...now u can see ur last layer got selected...then create a new layer..

go to edit-->stroke--add stroke-->and apply the settings

then u can see stroke over ur gifs...n to apply one more stroke-->select the stroked layer-->go to blending options-->apply stroke...use a different color...

n to make sure both the strokes will be seen in all the frames while playing just select the stroked layer and click match layer across frames in ur animation window...

here is my new gif with double color border...here i used yellow and light orange combination for the border..

Step1).
Open a transparent layer and type anything with your choice of font.
Apply Drop shadow/Outer Glow by going to Layer<Layer Style.

Step2).
Change the color of your text to a dark shade and make a new layer on top of the text layer.

Select this new layer and go to Layer<Create Clipping Mask.

Step4).
You will see an inverted enter key sign type next to this layer.

Step5).
Now choose a light shade of the same color or a contrasting
color but very light to your text layer.
And using the brush tool (soft and opacity 100% , blend mode:Normal, size 100-120)

Step6a).
Apply the brush on the clipped mask layer so that its on top of the text:

You will see that this Globe light(brush) will have a node rectangle using which you can move it around over the text by move tool.

Step6b).
Now duplicate the frames. Either Duplicate to 7-8 frames and keep shifting this light in each to make it go in a circle or duplicate frames one by one.

These are my shifting SCs and I have duplicated the frames in one go rather than doing frame 1 and then duplicating it to frame2 , then shifting in frame 2 and duplicating for frame3(you know what I mean..):

I had made 8 frames but my circle got completed in 7 , so delete the non-essential frames.

Put a time loop of your choice (I have 0.1 sec) , run forever and check once before saving as gif or 'save for web and devices.'

There are just two layers in this whole set up: Your text layer and the clipped mask layer.

I have used Globe light in vertical flow here:
