simple sparkles? piaa do u mean u want to noe how 2 add sparkles in to ur image or how 2 animate them?

oo u noe da star brushes use them on your sig.. have more den one frames.. n den in each frame put da stars in different places.. and wen u go 2 animation shop n animate it. it will work

here are the brushes .. u have to fnind em in these sites... n u will find da starts.. i use da lush brushes

I'm not sure wht the problem is....maybe the version of tubes that u downloaded isn't compatible with the version of PSP u r using...also if nothing works...then u can just use the 'image packs' that come with the tubes that u installed and just insert them as pics. But that's a last resort thing.

Find out if the versions are the same or not. And try to completely delete and re-intall ur tubes (that dont work). Sometimes tht works.
